Lovely variety of venues, vibey atmosphere.

No professional service. Waiting for over an hour to have access to the conference room that was book way before.

The place is beautiful warm smiles and good customer service.

The Spa is not only spacious & clean (especially in this covid times of social distancing), the service is extraordinary. The staff are courteous, professional & leave you feeling like you are the only customer. My manicure, pedicure & hair were all on point. I would definitely recommend Mika Convention Center Spa any day. Thank you for the world class customer experience.

90% of the food on the menu was out of stock. Could not watch TV because signal bad (very "snowy")

Well organized. Spacious rooms. No congestion. Good gymnasium and swimming pool.

The place is great but looks unfinished. The staff are welcoming but they get overwhelmed when there are too many meetings. This is even more evident during lunch, they take long to attend to clients as they have others to attend to at the same time.

Attended a workshop… Its convenient for meetings. Quiet environment. Big meeting room with comfortable seats… Workers are organised and welcoming… Lovely tea break offers and great lunch meal package… Weddings reservations are also made there…

My stars are for the gym. The equipment is well taken care of t and the trainers are ready to assist on request. The restaurant food is not to my liking. I have never seen the rooms to comment on them.

I have been to two of their lodges and my experience has been amazing. Every time when I come here I have no regrets whatsoever. The food is amazing, the staff are professional and helpful and don't get me started on their rooms and gym! The only thing they have to work on is their internet. If you are to have Wi-Fi make sure the internet connection is strong.

Simply the best, had my wedding there (6th August 2017). The food is on point, rooms perfect.

Principally a place where workshops can be held with disturbances at the office. The place can cater for up to 10 or more workshops at a go. Conveniently located just outside Lusaka.

Mika Conventional Centre is popular with various government departments, NGO's and company for hosting meetings and seminars. It's a good place for such as it is located in a quite place though it is always clouded with people attending meetings.

Excellent service. Lovely place to stay. They made me a full English breakfast at 5am because I was flying out early in the morning. Would definitely stay there again. Very close to the airport.
