The hotel's furniture and beds are very good and comfortable.
However, some things I didn't like were:
— The corridors have a somewhat stuffy smell due to humidity, given the beachfront location. I suggest adding air fresheners.
— The direction of prayer (Qibla) in the room is incorrect, and despite contacting the staff, I didn't receive a serious response.
— The breakfast was very bad, and some of it was spoiled (triangular cheese and boiled eggs).

TL;DR: Spectacular views but poor service. Ideal for short stays (1–2 nights). For longer stays (3+ nights), better value and service can be found elsewhere—e. G. Nesto Hotel.
This hotel boasts stunning views of Mukalla's Mushraf coastline, which are arguably its best feature.
The building is modern, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable—honestly, one of the most comfortable I've slept on. However, while the physical setup is great, the service and management leave a lot to be desired.
Room prices are relatively high compared to nearby hotels. For example, a single room with a king-sized bed and balcony (my favorite setup) costs 230 SAR (~61.5 USD) per night. Room rates range from 230 SAR to 350 SAR (~93 USD) for a mini studio. In contrast, hotels like Nesto Hotel offer bigger rooms, better service, and more competitive pricing.
The main issue here is the poor management. The staff appear untrained, and the overall service is disorganized. At one point, a cleaner mistakenly opened my room door, thinking it was vacant. The café is especially disappointing—I ordered an Americano and was served cheap instant Nescafé instead. That said, the restaurant food is decent, though the service is extremely slow.
On the positive side, electricity is reliable 24/7, which is a major plus in Yemen. Internet connectivity is excellent thanks to Starlink (shoutout to Uncle Elon Musk). Room sizes are on the small side.

The room rates at this hotel start at exorbitant prices, as if they were tickets to a world of absolute luxury. However, this illusion quickly fades upon entering the room, which is quite ordinary. Furthermore, the service provided does not justify the high prices. The staff lacks professionalism, and fulfilling guest requests takes an excessively long time. As for cleanliness, it is, of course, acceptable, given that the hotel is still relatively new.
