Frankly, The View Hotel is one of the best hotels in the city of Mukalla, as it is located in the Khalaf area next to the port of Mukalla. The hotel enjoys a charming view of the sea. Frankly, my experience at the hotel was more than wonderful.
➜ The hotel's furniture and beds are very good and comfortable.
However, some things I didn't like were:
— The corridors have a somewhat stuffy smell due to humidity, given the beachfront location. I suggest adding air fresheners.
— The direction of prayer (Qibla) in the room is incorrect, and despite contacting the staff, I didn't receive a serious response.
— The breakfast was very bad, and some of it was spoiled (triangular cheese and boiled eggs).

Hotel with a beautiful view and a good location. Excellent cleanliness, comfortable and classy in many ways. The price is relatively high. My suggestion is to provide groceries and aromatherapy products in the hotel. The bathroom glass separating the shower and the oven is dangerous for those coming through the door, exposed to collision. The design is very wrong, please correct it.
Also, there is a lack of a warm reception, luggage carrier and friendly service.
