Place is so sketchy, unclean and had horrible last lighting upstairs. I went in for a massage and they basically took me to an empty hotel room with broken windows and doors.

Please don't, as most of the reviews said its not a good place. Expensive, dirty and dirty of fake deals Expensive for what they offered, pushy staff who just care about making some dollars from you, theh will offer you any kind of service but is horrible. We stayed there for 3 nights, the bed sheets were never changed even if we asked to. The room was also not cleaned daily, just for some reason they took the toilet paper and the towels so every day we had to ask for them. Cockroaches everywhere and rats in the lobby and kitchen. For $15dlls a night it was expensive and they wanted 25, 000d for each dollar (currently the exchange rate is around 22, 500d for a dollar Breakfast isn't bad but every morning a bus made a stop over there so they were to busy to attend you and travelers being upset with the service. We also took the day tour with them that they let us pay 200k instead of the 400 they asked for St the beginning, never mentioned that you need to pay 380k extra for entrance ticket and the tour guide felt like he hate his job.

Dirty rooms Despite the "housekeeping" made (floors and dirty shower, the bedding smells bad). Inedible food (even sugar pancakes! ) Dirty and deteriorated WC with a big hole in the door a dozen cm in diameter to say hello to the people who would pass by. Karaoke just in front impossible to close the eye. Place to flee.

Bedsheets and blankets are not changed and clean. Pushy staff. Overpriced.

BIGGEST SCAM IN HUE (gets one star as I had to — to enter review). Sleeper bus dropped us off here, quickly harassed by staff. Woman arranged a taxi for us, told it was 10 minutes away and we were getting a deal at 100, 000dong. With big luggage and no internet we accepted. They told taxi (orange — plate attached) to turn off his meter. Our hotel was less than 1km away — we were done. Don't step foot into hotel, better off getting green or white taxi with meter.

Place is located OK, noisy bar across the street. Staff can try and scam you but in other hand very cheap prices if you watch your haggle, massage very nice here extras possible $$, free breakfast for the cost not a bad place at all close to good food & fun. All depends on what you looking for. Would stay again as clean and cheap a place to crash for the night on a stop over to see purple forbidden city & other few attractions Hue has to offer.

L stopped by this hotel to transit bus for Hoian. A female staff come to me and start talking. On the while other female staff took away my money from the back pack. Also they prevent transit passengers from changing bus. and they asked me money for motor bike for destination. terrible. So be careful!

Terrible experience! We went to this hotel just because it's the first hotel we saw after a night on bus. A staff (a girl) in hotel took me around to check the room first before deciding if we would stay or not. By that time all the rooms I saw were not cleaned yet, very messy and bad smell WC. Then I decided to stay with the price is 250, 000d/night/single room but we would take our rooms after they clean them. I asked if I can leave my bag in the room while they cleaning it to go out for breakfast, she said "Ok". Then I left my bag, gave her my passport, and went out. But when we went back 1 hour later to check in, their staff said sorry to us for a mistake about price she told me last time. She said it's 350, 000d/per night/room because it's vacation time now. I didn't accept, coz I checked price of the other hotels before we went to Hue, no place like that, even their last price was a bit higher than the other places (I accepted coz I didn't want to walk around to find another). She tried to convinced us with a lower price 300, 000d/night, but I didn't accept and I wanted to find another place. So she told me to go to our room and waited for her to ask her manager again. When I went in the room, I was shocked coz it still stay the same before I leave, messy and smell. So I decided to take my bag and left. But when I went down to get my passport back, a woman (maybe manager) told that I have to pay 30% coz we used WC in the room (the fact we didn't use anything).

We arrived after a night in a sleeping bis. This hotel or Restaurant was the meetingpoint for the next bus Tour (a Few Horus later) I Left my Phone there to charge it And the people on the hotel told me I can. When I came back my Phone and charger was gone! I asked of they moved it, the Response was really bad: a Phone? No there was never a Phone… I was stocked! We saw a camera and asked if we could Look at the tape. The people in the hotel said they have to call their Boss and ask. So we waited, after a Few Minuten they returned and said we can't because the camera doesn't work. We said we wanted to talk to the Boss directly, so we called again and then He told us that the camera is just live and doesn't record anything. That was it… We are really sure that the people from the hotel took the Phone and the Boss just didnt want to help because He saw wo it was. I dont recommand this hotel at all… And if you have to stay there watch your Stuff all the time! Really Bad Experience.

Firstly, they forgot to pick us up from the airport despite having confirmed 3h before. Then we saw the dead rats by the main entrance, but it wasn't until I had to chase down cockroaches through the room and fill somewhow the many suspicious holes on the wall, that we realised what a poor choice we made. After that I read the other experiences in this hotel, it even looks like we were lucky.

Best hotel in Hue, not to say the whole of Vietnam. Perfect for backpackers and families alike. They have a good restaurant, pool table, laundry service and free beer every night from 5pm till eleven or midnight. Best of all, the staff is the nicest people who will bend over backwards to please the customers. Clean as well. Very affordable.

It is now called the Google Hotel, and it's great. We got a large room for 3 for $15, and it was reasonably modern, very spacy, clean, and had a good balcony. Textbook example of a good Vietnamese hotel.

Disappointing. The trash can of the House had not been emptied prior to our arrival. The towels were stained. We had the impression of not being heard by the staff (reserved bikes did not match our needs, we insist to organize some travel ourselves). The beer is often lukewarm and poorly served (lying with water). The laundry is effective.
We appreciate the traces of fire above the fuse box smoke in the bar, on the shelf where the corpses of empty wine and whiskey to the 3/4 depleted bottles line up.

Do not stay here. Although first impression is quite good and staff are friendly they are just putting on a front so they can rip you off. The owner pressures you to write a good review on trip advisor constantly until you put something up so he just goes away. Booked our bus through the hotel being told that it was a new bus with Wi-Fi and nice toilet and would take 12 hours overnight to Hanoi but unfortunately this wasn't the case. Bus was gross no Wi-Fi and you couldn't sit where you wanted and if you did you were threatened by the bus drivers helper until you moved to the back near the toilets that stunk. I blame the hotel for lying about the bus and scamming a high price ticket for themselves. Free beer is warm aswell so not worth it. Pool table is damaged and old and rooms are overpriced. Paid 20$ for deluxe room but got sub standard crap. Might as well of stayed in hostel dorm.

A very friendly and welcoming backpackers with helpful and cheerful staff, $US18 for a large doubke room with air con, ensuite bathroom with shower, mini fridge, and tv, free tea and coffee, room service, freel pool table in common area, and to top it all free beer from 5pm to midnight! You read that right! A great place to meet people and very centrally located.
