I booked a bus ticket with then going from Hue to Hanoi. I specifically requested that they book the Hung Thanh Bus and they confirmed that they did. However, when it came time to leave a different bus (in the picture) came instead. The whole scheduling was disorganized. They definitely are not trustworthy. They serve the purpose of scamming tourists. They didnt even put the price of what I paid on the receipt; they just scribbled on the receipt until I told them they needed to write me a new one with how much I paid, my name, and the date of departure. You are better off buying a ticket online through the government website as they are more trustworthy.

Perfect location down an alley on the edge of the walking streets. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value tours and travel bookings. Breakfast was nice, but I'm marking down 1 star for the coffee. The coffee with milk and ice was just mainly water so had no flavour! Dorm was clean and adequately comfy.
