Close to shops and other great places. Plenty of coffee shops and places to eat.

The staff are super helpful and nice, they answered to all of my inquiries with great attention and genuine care. They are the highlight for my stay at this hotel. We came as a family and stayed together in a room with a large queen bed and a separate one. The room was nicely decorated and gave a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back. Big thanks to the receptionists Ms. Loan and Ms. Vy for their lovely gift for the new year. They gave me a book from the hotel reception as they saw I was really interested in it. That goes to show how wonderful the service here is.

The room was clean, the bathroom spacious enough and had a bathtub. I especially liked the breakfast, with many types of food and a great view of Hue from the 11th floor.

Service here at this accomodation was exceptional. I recommend staying here. The restaurant breakfast buffet included was very good. Restuarant manager Larry gave us consistant exceptional service. We are grateful for this holiday experience.!

Very nice hotel. We spent one night there to visit the city. Everything went very well and the staff is as usual in Vietnam very helpful and enjoyable. By cons the transport service to go to Hoi an, independent of the hotel, but billed by the hotel is very bad. The bus is dirty and the luggage bunkers are mixed with the oysters they carry… So our clothes smell… and our bags…

We had the 7-course Royal dinner. The food tasted and looked amazing! Our waiter Martin was very friendly and professional. He made sure that our evening was amazing! Thank you!

Great service, an ok location, ok breakfast, our room had very spotty Wi-Fi, but still GREAT value for the money!

A very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was colourfully mixed. You could find everything you needed. Also all the staff were very friendly and had a great effort to fulfill all wishes. Another very good service was the free rental of bicycles. With these, hue could be explored very well.

Stayed in hue for 3 days. The hotel is well located-all nearby: Quay, café, banks, shops. Near the citadel of the emperor, by taxi 5 min for 100 rubles. The hotel has a small bassejnchik.

The large room has a kettle, a safe, bathrobes and an ironing board. And a small balcony.
Very friendly staff.
Took the car for only 30$ with a driver for the whole day-went to see the tombs and pagoda. Entrance ticket should be taken for 2 days for 700 p per person (Citadel + tomb) or 280000 (1000 ~ 2, 5 rubles).

Best hotel experience I had so far in Vietnam! The staff is super friendly, the rooms clean and spacious and the breakfast is superb! All in all a great hotel :)

My stay at the Cherish hotel was very pleasant. The staff was professional and helpful, helping us navigate in Hue and giving us some tips on sightseeing locations. The beds were large and comfortable, rooms very clean and the breakfast had a large assortment of delicious food. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

A Real 4 * hotel, clean spacious room with balcony, great Wifi throughout the hotel. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel can arrange to rent a scooter (200 T. Dongov per day). In a block on which the hotel is located the pavement is repaired but overall the location of the hotel is good.

The rooms were not clean and humid. The view was not nice. Breakfast was not sufficient. The location was great. The check-out was like any other hotel very time consuming and not confidential.

Excellent value for money, Super breakfast!

Location is great with plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. There's also a night market down the street. Reception was efficient with some staff speaking very good English. Room was great as expectation, all standard amenities provided. Breakfast had large variety but there could be room for improvement for taste.

Very nice room. The breakfast is plentiful, the staff is friendly as often in Vietnam. The bedding is good, the rooms clean. The hotel is very well placed to stroll in Hue and visit the Imperial City. Close to a lively area or the nightlife is nice. The more we were able to exchange with French speaking staff.

The hotel is very well placed. Close to a living area and has night life rather pleasant and has a 20 minute walk to the imperial city. We were well received by English speaking staff.
The room was comfortable, it corresponds to the standard 3 stars of France. The bedding is good quality and the room clean. The bathroom was a little small for my taste but everything was there.
The breakfast is very plentiful and served on the top floor of the hotel which in addition offers a nice view.
Ps. We even had the right to a young woman who spoke French.

The most friendly & professional staff who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Staff always had a smile & a hello when they saw me. We checked out the restaurant at breakfast & there was a good variety of food to choose from & all of the options chosen were very nice. My only negative would be the room was a little musty & could have been freshened up. A very good experience overall.

Loved the hotel. Clean rooms, laptop in the room. Very convenient food delivery to the rooms. A wide variety of breakfast options, a large light friendly with huge windows and beautiful views of the city. Vietnamese, European dishes for every taste.

I give it 3 stars only because the hotel needs a reform, even if it was clean. The location is very good and the staff very friendly. The Spa we felt very cheap with the 40% discount.

There's service, then there's SERVICE. The staff here is amazing, they doted on us almost to a fault. They gave us the inside tips on etiquette and where to dine. The royal feast is an absolute must when in Hue. I have to no complaints.

I'm generous on the bill. Instead of a double bed we had 2 single beds set side by side. The room was clean. Very friendly service! Very average breakfast.
In conclusion the bedding could have been better as well as breakfast. The value for money is good anyway.

Overall we were happy with our stay here. Good location with easy access to heaps of great restaurants and cafes, plus the restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly not so expensive. The breakfast buffet was really good, the staff were all really nice and helpful. I asked one of the staff (Michel — so helpful! ) to show me what was vegetarian and he was really great. Plus free iced coffees — yay! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was pretty good, while we were there the lobby was being renovated but this didn't disturb us at all. The only problems we had were the curtains were not blackout so basically we woke at sunrise every morning (sunrise in Vietnam is EARLY). Also the walls between rooms were a bit thin so it was kind of easy to be disturbed. Overall it was a good hotel!

Nice breakfast. Breads have much variation. I liked the swinmming pool even very small. Spa is also excellent with a reasonable price.

Great hotel, location, facilities and staff were very good. Great range or foods for breakfast included in the room rate. We had lunch at the restaurant which was very good. Happy to give a highly recommend to Cherish Hotel.

Excellent location, fabulous staff and definitely value for money. On arrival we were seated and given fresh cold juices whilst they checked us in and we were then escorted to our rooms and shown all the light switches, mini bar etc in our room. All with a happy smiling face. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel staff is great they waited outside with us until our taxi arrived to take us to the airport and also gave us free water. Great rooms simple and clean, overall great atmosphere.

Our party of 6 stayed in 3rooms on 4 Sep 15 at the Cherish Hotel. The hotel was recommended by our travel agent. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was reasonably big, and well maintained and very clean. What impressed us was the staff who were polite and helpful. The breakfast at the 11th floor was satisfying and the view of the city is a bonus. The restaurant staff were ever so attentive. Hotel's location is good with shopping within walking distance. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Always clean and good looking. The breakfast has everything you could desire. The only downside is that the pool is very small and pretty cold.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff who speaks English very well. The rooms are very new and nicely decorated with illuminated images. Our room on the 9th floor was also a balcony with views of the city and the football stadium. The breakfast buffet is superb and offers versatile food in Western and Asian style.
The Wi-Fi is sometimes somewhat "bitchy", most of the time but quickly restored. The hotel is Hotel, formerly apparently Camelia cherish.
The location is very good, just not far from restaurants. To borrow a bike for free and explore the city by bicycle offers also the possibility.

We had the Royal meal at Cherish restaurant, it was very excellent and delicious for guest. We recommend you should use this service. The staffs at there are very activity, good style, and take care us very careful. We spent just the one night here and would not hesitate to come back.
