Very nice hotel and excellent international menu. Recommended.

The service was poor, particularly in the dining area our server 'Mint' was rude and unable to serve properly. It was also difficult to ask for items such as a plate and knife as the staff's English seemed limited. I don't mind things being expensive, when the service is great. But high prices for poor service is not a combination that gets return customers.
The best part of the Hotel besides it's scenery is it's breakfast which was amazing. The hotel's Wi-Fi was quite slow as well. I don't think we will be returning here. Next holiday we will try Vin Pearl. To be fair they did put forth effort, except for our server Mint, but it still isn't enough to merit us returning here.

Welcome service was wonderful. Love the detailed attention to make our stay a decent one. Drinks at the hotel bar was nice and stiff. Buffet breakfast bar is above average.

This place is amazing. Gorgeous rooms, top class service, great location. Extensive breakfast buffet. You can drink the tap water. Here on an organised tour, and cannot believe our good fortune to be at this hotel.

This has been such a great experiment to me which surprised me for their exact 5 starts standards. To compare about price and service, this should be considered as an excellent destination, we were really happy and enjoying our time while staying here. Your staffs are super friendly, room cleaning two times per day and in a click you come to fix things if any. Especially, your staffs are too gentle and polite toward all situations and supporting requests. Rooms are so clean and spacious.

Well simply, one of the best hotels we’ve been in. Great customer service, especially with My from guest services. Great breakfast! The beds, well you never want to get up. Oh yes, a great location.

We stayed a few nights in this wonderful hotel close to the centre of the city, the entrance floor is in white and grey marble with a lot of decoration inner set, in the rest there are carpets. The walls are high end finest complete. The staff is available for everything u need. There are many floors and every room praise a good view and a small balcony, modern furnished in middle orient style. The bed is a king size. Carpet everywhere except the bathroom. The restaurant is great, good quality and ever course cooked nice. Big breakfast included. They have the pool outside surrounded by some pillars. Possibility of smoke cigarette at the bar while u are drinking something in relax.

Such a magnificently designed hotel with warm welcoming staff who demonstrate pride in their City of Hue. Lead by Hugh and Sally this is a 'must stay' location as you take in the nations history & sites! Thanks Everyone ~ Leisa & Scott from Australia.

Beautifull hotel in Hue. The sraffs are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and royal-style decorated. The only weak point is the distance to Perfume River not for walking under the heat of Hue in Summer time!

This hotel looks like there are times when there should be a lot of finishing and improvement; a few decades ago it could have been very avant-garde novel, sanitary toilet space narrow, my feeling this is a small drawback of it.

Probably a reputable 5 star hotel in its heyday. Service is still good. Staff are all efficient and friendly. Room is dated despite efforts to refresh them. The bathroom is not user friendly at all.

A great hotel. The rooms are large and cozy. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is very varied and good. In short, it's a great hotel. It has only one fault; There are no channels in Castilian on television.

Booked a 2 bedroom residence and the area was spacious and nicely furnished. The rooms were clean and the staff were attentive. We had guest over in the lounge area and required an evening clean and they were able to arrange housekeeping promptly. There is a children’s room, billiard tables and soccer tables for some entertainment on the pool level which was great. The sauna and stream room was also well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and was always replenished. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and a hotel that is recommended.

Amazing place, food is very good and wont break the bank. The swimming pool is massive and has some loungers and beds next to it. If you spend, I tbink, 250, 000 on food you can use the pool food for free. The whole layout of the place feels very polished and has a 1950's vibe.

It seems like a nice hotel. The restaurant was nice, the pool was beautiful. The massage was excellent, but the massage area was open to the outside pool (not the individual rooms, but the general area) so it was cold (it’s November). Our room barely fit two twin beds and the bathroom was not divided from the bedroom nor could we turn off all the lights. To top it off, my bed smelled like poop. Not returning.

This place was so gorgeous. The service was AMAZING. It was classy. They had a jazz lounge with live musicians on a regular basis. I swear the staff wore white gloves. Despite the fancy interior and flawless staff, the place was so reasonably priced. Perfectly located. Such a gem.

Travelling through Vietnam for two weeks with my 3 boys. This hotel is the best so far, great staff, helpful and really friendly. Nice rooms, beautiful swimming pool, gym, pool table. Next to the city center.

Very nice hotel with really nice staff. One very bad experience with a hotel tour makes me rate it 4 stars instead of 5. They did not make us pay for it though, so prop to them for customers' service.

Great large rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was great with a large choice. Pool was a good size and the kids enjoyed the gardens and the miniature town.

The best hotel in Hue by far. The staff is the best in the city. The rooms are extremely spacious and the facilities are modern. The food is good and can satisfy Japanese, Koreans, Aussies, Kiwis, American's and Europeans… Not all is perfect but the staff fixes or resolves any issue immediately which is much more important. The manager is willing to converse with and listen to his customers. He took a suggestion from me and it was implemented by the morning. Did I mention the best deal pricewise for a 5-Star, 3 time winner of the Luxury Hotel annual award for best luxury hotel?

I highly recommend this hotel in Hue which is definitely the best here, the staff is so kind and helpful, great food, nice rooms and nice view over the mountains. We stay 3 nights and we happy with all the services.
