The twin room is big enough for the two of us. It's 10 minutes walk from the Vincom shopping mall and the cafes. Nice area and nice view. The receptionist service is great. The breakfast is okay. Clean rooms and toilet. 100% recommended. Hope to stay here again.

Really nice place for the price. Room was clean, nothing broken and no exposed electrics (like a lot of hotels in Vietnam! ). We got a room upgrade for free on arriving and the staff spent a lot of time helping us with a Ha Long bay boat tour. We did the one day tour offered by the hotel for $33 each and it was very good, would recommend. In terms of location, it's a little far away from the main city but a short walk (5mins) across the park and you can visit a large shopping mall with a big supermarket and a top floor full of good restaurants. Also pretty close to poem mountain (20min walk) entrance where you get the best view of ha long bay, Google it!

The place is in the middle of nowhere, not sure who wrote the reviews of good location, you can see A few islands, but there is little restaurants nearby that accommodate tourists. The biggest complaint would be the smell, the room smelt of old smoke every time we came back, and the shower had a sewer smell when we went in it. The breakfast was very limited, I think you are better of staying in the city, also we tried to book a cruise, however we attempted to negotiate the price, knowing that they charge almost double what the usual rate is, but they did not oblige. Also room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, there is no “do not disturb sign” so on the days it was cleaned we had loud knocking echoing around the corridor and into our room. Host speak quite good English however.

The crew is friendly and ms. Veronica is a guide herself so she guided us through the city and the temples. She also drove us to good — clean local pubs. Highly recommended. Price is also excellent.
Last but not least they helped us a lot with the transportation to and from. We left the hotel by a luxurus mini bus which costs less than the bus!

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Beautiful parks nearby. Not far from center of activity. Friendly hotel staff. Front desk staff speak English well.

Very friendly staff and easy to book. The breakfast is either bread with omelets or noodles, It's on the top floor but you can not really enjoy the wonderful view while eating.

Super modern and clean feeling. Really nice hotel and super friendly staff for what you pay for. Would recommend this place to families, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

This is my first time in Vietnam. I don't know which way is the short route or how can I get the bus, boat, train ticket. Staff are very helpful & good heart helping research everything and recommend the best offer for us. The room was clean and cozy. Easy to find. Love it.

Bad location (7km from Bai Chay). Normal breakfast Our toilet didnt worked. But the worst thing was that they ordered a 4 hours day tour per 600.000vnd (24€ aprox) and normally cost 250.000vnd (10-12€) Don't stay at this hotel. Not recomended Staff friendly because they tried to speak engish.

Location is not the best. The toilet didnt work at all. The views from the room were bad. Nice breakfast and kind staff. We booked a 4hr ha long cruise at the hotel for 600.000vdn, and its real price was 190.000vdn!
