We loved our stay here. They greeted us with a cold drink, easy check in. We rented their bikes for cheap for the day and they worked great. Enjoyed a swim in their clean pool. Hotel is spotless! Super nice and clean and so quiet at night. Not far from city center either. We biked there in 10 min. Also we had a six am flight and they booked us an airport ride for cheaper than grab and sent us off with a breakfast bag. I’m not lost travel podcast highly recommends this hotel!

We had a beautiful relaxing stay for five nights. It is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff are all very helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel is impeccably clean. Fab buffet breakfast each morning served with a smile. There is a lovely swimming pool. The rooms were excellent and very spacious. The lovely receptionist booked all our tours and we were delighted with Thinh caretaker/security man he was always smiling and very helpful. Highly recommend this fab hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at Pham Gia Boutique Villa. Everyone is friendly. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Will come back to stay if I ever visit Hoi An again.

Great people, great homestay — it’s really a 3 star hotel. The family are very fair as reflected in their room pricing, minibar (same a buying outside), laundry cost, bike rental (US $1.50 a day), etc. They don’t try and sell tours or push anything on you. The pool is great and the rooms super comfortable. We also stayed in a homestay in Hanoi which made us realise just how great Pham Gia is. Highly recommend!

An absolutely spectacular establishment. Te, the young man at reception is so knowledgeable about everything local & distant. He shares valuable pieces of interest daily. I love his openess & appealing nature. This homestay is an invaluable find — family is so honest & lovely — I think, & all residents agree. Today we had wine & biccies around the pool — family made us so very comfortable it made our evening sooo pleasant & memorable. This homestay is an absolute gem. Price is down from similar & comfortable accommodation. I love Pham Gia!

This has been one of the best places I have ever stayed while traveling and is a complete STEAL at.

Really great buffet breakfast but as we mentioned to the receptionist it stops too early (10am) as most of the places in Asia. Rooms are spacious and cleaned with all the travel toiletries you need.

Service was great. Husband n wife who owned the place were warm n helped us with places to go. Rooms were cozy. Morning breakfast was good. You basically feel at home. Recommended place to stay.

What a perfect place to stay, at the end of our 10day trip to Vietnam. Pham Gia, is a small family run, homestay, stylish comfortable rooms, great breakfast, they people can't do enough for you.

Ok first up 5 stars isn’t enough of a rating for such a truly outstanding place to stay while in Hoi An. From the moment you walk in he greeted my partner and I like great friends, let us view a room and what could I say “wooow” they really put some thought and money into make such beautiful rooms very spacious and the balcony was big and had great view of pool. This would get 5 star rating if it was in Australia. Room was immaculate clean had massive shower with 2 shower heads which you can you at same time really comfortable bed fee did we sleep well. The included buffet breakfast was brilliant had good choice food was tasty with good fruit selection and the bread buns where delicious. You can also organise bus link to Nha Trang from hear for good price. They can arrange scooters too. So all up beautiful clean family friendly accommodation at a very reasonable price loved every minute will certainly be back and I give highest recommendation to stay hear.

Such an wonderful place to stay if you have the opportunity to stay hear it’s simply amazing the people are so friendly and the accommodation is truly 5 star and breakfast is really impressive.

So cheap but so lovely. Nice breakfast, and the price for Laundry service was so reasonable! Easy to walk into town, they also offer bike rentals. Has a nice pool too.

Amazing rooms, super clean and comfortable and the owners are probably the nicest people in Vietnam. Plus they have a cool swimming pool and excellent breakfast.

This place is wonderful homestay. I rather call 3 stars hotel the owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Bicycle and motorcycle are available for rent. The distance from the hotel to town is less than 1 km. Easy to find food and drinks. If you love bacon don't miss the breakfast here. Next year will have a swimming pool.

Though we planned to stay 1 night, we actually spend 2 nights at this relaxing homestay. Great rooms for a reasonable price, with soft beds, clean linen & towels and a great shower. Even though the business is a homestay, it had luxurious hotel quality. Owner was very helpful in booking private drivers to My Son and Hue at good prices. Location within walking distance of old town but in a quiet neighborhood.

Awsom Homestay with an awsom host. Very clean, tidy and modern. Breakfast was top quality and made to order with plenty of choice. Bed is comfortable in a larger than average air conditioned room. Loved staying here.

Booked two nights and stayed five. The room looks amazing with comfortable mattresses, clean bathroom with a great shower, and silk robes. The breakfast has a bunch of different fruits and vegetables, fresh baguettes, yogurt, and many other delicious foods. The staff was extremely helpful, and helped us book a flight for. Less money than we found on Skyscanner. Best place we've stayed in Vietnam, and probably all of South East Asia.

We stayed in 3 different home stays in hoi an. This was was easily the nicest. This one doesn't have bicycles but they only charge ~25, 000 for a bike, so if you factor that into the room cost it is still the nicest and best value accommodation we tried. The homestay is actually 4 star in terms of quality of furnishings, cleanliness and the bathroom. Shower was best in Hoi An, and the breakfast was also the best we had.

Great stay. I would highly recommend Pham Gia. Thy, the owner, along with all of the staff, were so helpful, kind, and gracious. The room was immaculate, very clean with a great shower and bed. Although a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town, it was nice being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle. It was also a nice and easy bicycle ride to the beach which I would highly recommend. Breakfast was also very good. We had a very late flight change the night before leaving. Thy got out of bed to arrange our car to the airport and then called our hotel in Hanoi to confirm our updated arrival plans. He really went above and beyond and was just so accommodating. We had to leave before breakfast but his wife sent someone out to get us some fresh warm baguettes for our trip. How awesome. A great value.
