An Villa is a tranquil oasis immersed in tropical gardens. I've held two retreats there recently and my guests have loved everything about An Villa. From the outstanding food, to the warm, caring and professional service to the tastefully decorated rooms and of course the location with the over-water deck. Highly recommended and very family friendly, but also great for the solo traveller.

Lovely staff and beautiful space with greenery and river view.

This place is surrounded by trees and plants, great place to go to after months of work or school. The environment is calm and peaceful. The rooms are designed with a mix of old Vietnamese and French architecture which mimicks the houses in the ancient districts. Rooms are clean and are fully equiped. The food there is hygienic compared to restaurants in Hoi An although I believe the food could taste better. There is also a swimming pool but it's a bit too shallow. Overall, the service is excellent, rooms are great and you're surrounded by nature.

It's almost perfect for people who want to get away from crowds. The facilities, the owners, the breakfast are great. A little bit far from hoi an but not a problem for me. If you don't need their taxi service to Da Nang, maybe you should reply in a careful way. A person who asked us seemed irritated. Other things are perfect.

An Villa is a true treasure! Elegantly designed, with a feeling of warmth and comfort. The staff are amazing — — kind, helpful, and genuine. Every meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. The location fit in so well with a group yoga & wellness retreat I facilitated here. It was just the right amount of secludedness, but with easy access to An Bang beach and the old town. I appreciated that there was no pretentiousness, no upselling, no inflated prices. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Very nice hotel, with extremely friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

During our stay of four days, we were greatly satisfied with this place and the service they provided with. It was pleasure to see tropical trees and rice field and hear birds chirping, while staying in the room. We also enjoyed breakfast and their home-made pizza. Besides the Vietnamese-style massage was awesome, too. The swimming pool was clean and seemed to be well-maintained. All the staff was very helpful. We highly recommend this place. We booked to stay at the Lama Homestay for two nights and ended up staying six. Absolutely loved it. The ladies Peanut Rose and Quy (I think that's the spelling) were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. The accommodation is beautiful with large light bedrooms and a great pool, set in a rural background, and a quick taxi ride to the old town, or as we did used their bikes to get to the old town or the beach. Amazing homestay on a quiet spot with really nice staff!

Spent a week at An Villa. First 5 days on a meditation/yoga/mindfulness retreat with my own one on one facilitator, a colleague from an NGO in Hoi An. A great treat after a hectic week in Hanoi. And then just a couple of days R and R. Thai and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable. Sustainable development and eco friendly tourism are central to their values. We there while on retreat — exclusively vegetarian bit with lots of choice. Pool was a bonus and the location tucked away on the river makes it a real get away. Hoi An old town is a short motorcycle or taxi ride away. Any they have bicycles if you can manage to cycle in the heat. Lovely rooms tastefully decorated but will al mos cons and a/c. I'll be going back!

I truly enjoyed staying here. Peanut and Rose (awesome sisters) made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. They were very open to helping us find the good places in Hoi An and treated me very well. This is a good place to stay in Hoi An. Thank you very everything!

This place was so so awesome! We truly enjoyed their sophisticated and peaceful ambiance. All the dishes we had there were very tasty, and staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again! ♡

This place is more beautiful than it showed in the pictures. It is very relaxing atmosphere with nipa palm and different type trees & plants. I love herb, tropical fruit trees like papaya, mango, banana… as we, the people in city, hardly see. Room’s decoration and comfort is so impressive, I found a very interesting book in the bookshelf, pretty private outdoor space to relax and top quality bed. Food here is so delicious and healthy with some vegetable from the garden. I really recommend this place for people who looking for a unique place, relaxing atmosphere and personal services.

Peaceful, nice, and amazing pool.

This boutique resort is Suitable for family and couples. Very friendly and helpful staff and owners. You do not get this customized service and genuine care here anywhere even at 4 star hotels. Lots of open spaces and the rooms are airy with asthetic twists to furnitures and decorations. Nice ambience for an escape from touristy old town.

Great spot and great hosting :)

We only arrived at the small resort about 11pm and were nevertheless personally greeted by the manager with a cup of tea and original Vietnamese green bean cake. All the staff were extremely polite and nice. The small resort was recently opened and everything is new and very clean. It can easily compete with European standards. It is all designed with a lot of attention to detail and everything has Vietnamese flair. Breakfast is a Vietnamese and a continental breakfast. At the continental breakfast you will be surprised with homemade jam. But we have mostly chosen the original Vietnamese noodle soup Pho for breakfast. Delicious! The rooms are very nicely decorated with lots of wood and natural materials, a wonderful blend of comfort and authentic Vietnamese lifestyle. The bed was excellent and thanks to the quiet location you could sleep and relax wonderfully. Also the outdoor facilities have been very lovingly designed with a pool and the many beautiful flowers and plants. Next to our window, for example, hung fresh coconuts. :-) As we learned, the resort was jointly financed and built by 5 friends. It consists of only 6 rooms of different sizes and prices, which is very accommodating to the family character of the resort. The prices are between 50-80 dollars a night for such a domicile very moderate. On our round trip to Vietnam, this establishment was by far the best we have seen. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this place. Very comfortable villa, lovely views. The room is stunning and feels very homy which was perfect as we were travelling as a family. We had a peaceful time staying at An Villa.

Very nice homestay, close to Hoi An, in the middle of rice fields, free bike rental, bike ride to town highly recommended.
