Staff is super friendly and the place looks really nice. They welcomed me with warm smiles and it's always a pleasure to see people do their jobs with passion. I also used the laundry service (after 2 weeks of hand washing everything! ). It was well folded and smelled really nice. Thank you so much. The room is clean and well looked after. Food looked a bit better on the picture (breakfast) but still good. You can borrow bikes if needed. It is a short 20/30min walk to the center or a 2/3min grab journey by scooter. The only issue I had during my stay was the fact that they lock the main entrances and so if you wake up super early like me to explore the city when it still sleeps you you ll stay lock inside. There was no one to open the padlocks and in case of emergency I find this system a bit risky.

This one one the best places I've stayed in Vietnam. The staff are super helpful and will go out of their way to help. They lots of information on where to go on your stay in there. They rent scooter at a good price and have free bicycles to take out when ever you want. The breakfast is amazing and you will eat till you full the verity of food is good as well. My family and I love this villa. Our favourite yet. Thanks fFul house 2 villa for the help and the stay.

10 star homestay for a 2 star price… lee and his family are wonderful… never in your face but there if you need anything at all… rooms are spotless and modern… little out from centre (what I like) bike hire very cheap… breakfast amazing choice… staff lovely… recomend to anyone.

Hotel new and with a very good welcome.

Great place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I always ate too much because it was so good. The free bikes were fine which really made up for the fact that it's a bit outside of the city centre. The room was splendid with soft and comfy mattresses and even a division between the shower and toilet (something I have come to miss during my travels through SEA :D).

We had a wonderful stay here. Our pick up from Da Nang airport had an accident, and Li (our host) insisted on paying for our subsequent taxi. We had free bicycles which were more than adequate to get to the town. Rooms were clean breakfast great. In hindsight we would have liked to have stayed longer but we were committed to an itinerary of our own making. Thank you Li.

Had an absolutely lovely time here. Very reasonable price. The villa is incredibly clean, toiletries are provided and fresh towels daily. Laundry was a good price and done extremely quickly (was quoted 24 hours but only took about 6! ) breakfast was decent with variety, pool was small but perfect for cooling off. Free bikes which we took to the beach, only a 15-20 minute ride. The owner/staff was the best part though, they were extremely kind and helpful and in particular the man running it went out of his way on numerous occasions for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely accomodation in a very modern and newly built villa. Rooms were clean and spacious while bathrooms came equipped with a rain shower. Some rooms also had a balcony. Pool access and bicycle "rental" was free making for quick access to the ancient town, beach and surrounding countryside. Breakfast comprising a buffet of pancakes, bread, eggs (scrambled, omelette, boiled), chicken noodles and fruit is served in the morning. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The Villa is conveniently located about 10 minutes away (on foot) from the bus terminal where the no. 1 bus departs for Da Nang.

Good location, great facilities and wonderful service. I will definitely come back and also recommend this lovely homestay for others!

We booked the room for 4 people about 1 months before the trip. Full house is extremely good and we stayed there like our house.
Really clean and new. Menu should be more extended but it is also ok now. Good services, good price, awesome space from morning till night even. We also can use free bicycle. People is really friendly here.
We will recommend our friend and family this place, we'll also come back soon.

Simply excellent! Li is an awesome owner. Absolutely delicious breakfast buffet and comfortable beds. Would go again! Free bikes too!

Room very clean, nice hot shower, nice pool, nice breakfast, staff very helpful. The location a bit far from old town (actually just 15 minutes walk) they offer free bicycles for all guests that's a good idea. You can hire motobikr here as well. By the way recommend this hotel to all my friends.

These people are truly wonderful, the most helpful and kind staff I've met in our 5 weeks in Asia. The hotel itself is new, incredibly clean throughout. Breakfast is fresh fruit, rice pancakes, eggs to order, bread, etc; absolutely satisfactory. There are bikes (well maintained, newish) to use free of charge or you can rent a motorbike for 100, 000d per day. The hotel is a little ways out of town (about midway between Hoi An and the beach), but about 12 minutes on the bike and you will feel fresh and energized by the time you arrive at your destination. It is nice and quiet at night and the beds are comfortable.

We are family of 7 stayed 2 nights in villa. We enjoyed the hospitality and great care of the caretaker. The place is at location not far from Hoian ancient city/night market.
It has 2 blocks, front and back, with a swimming pool in between overlooking from villa dining place.
My family would stay in this villa again if we are having future holiday in Hoian.
