Love it here, the room is so nice, the owner is so sweet, always willing to help you with any questions about hoi an. We stayed here 6 nights in total and have no complaints. The location is perfect as well!

Lovely place with attentive staff.

Comfortable rooms, host was very friendly but a little intrusive when asking about our stay. She advised us on where to eat and what to do and had some great recommendations. Bathroom didn't include usual amenities such as toothbrush, soap etc which we have had in every other hotel/homestay in Vietnam. Large room and clean. We had a joining door to another room which I didn't like but lucky for us no one was staying in the adjoining room. A little tricky to find as hotel sign doesn't have the English name but I have posted the sign on he outside of the building so hopefully you don't do what we did and walk up and down the street about 5 times to find it :)

Nice central hotel, clean and tidy, aircon, rooms are good. Can't wear shoes inside and gates close at 10pm, after 10 you have to knock and get the security guard to open. The owner is very informative and gives lots of suggestions.

Very nice place to stay: clean and lightful rooms. The staff is very friendly but unfortunately they don't speak English at all (except a woman), would have been five stars!

The owner is absolutely mental. Great location, great beds… but… it's like living in your grandmothers house. Shoes inside MASSIVE NO, gate is locked at 8:45 pm, and all the services they offer are cheaper or even half price from vendors down the street. Good place for the unaware and green traveller.

The hotel is lovely with its small garden, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Family and personal management to very smiling. I highly recommend! 2 small flats: There were water problems for 2 days (more water at all but it was repaired), and big problems to speak with English when it is the grandmother who ensures the reception.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and beautiful, the location is good. Such a lovely guesthouse, probably my nicest stay in Vietnam.

A nice small garden with trees and a pond. Clean and friendly stuff. Nice rooms. Breakfast also good. Taxi 30 — 40000 dong into the city.

This Homestay is very beautiful and clean. It's got the Hoi An flare, with lanterns and a beautiful front yard, lots of trees and plants. The staff here is friendly, helpful and english speaking. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Clean bathroom and shower! It's only a nice 20 minute walk to the old town. Lots of shopping opportunities along the way. Recommended!

Definitely the best place we have stayed during our two week trip through Vietnam!

This is a great budget place for families. The rooms are well maintained. Staff friendly. Nice location our of the hustle of the old town. It would be ideal for a short stay but we stayed for 2 weeks and it suited us fine.

Very nice location outside of the old center. It's quite and pleasantly furnished. The bikes at disposition make the place a good deal. The beer is quite affordable. The rice fields landscape are quite relaxing.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is lovely — make sure you get a view of the rice field! The a/c works amazingly! Bed is comfortable. The included breakfast it the best we've had in over 13 months of travel. Fruit, salad, eggs, noodle soup, toast, cakes, danishes, jams/various spread, coffee, fried egg rolls, and yogurt! The place includes bikes free of charges, which is nice as some places charge $1/day. A short trip into the city but you can turn right when leaving the homestay and in 5 minutes you can eat at a more local place! For the price you cannot beat this! Perfect!
