If you’re fortunate enough to visit Hoi An, you have already struck it lucky! But if you want to up the anti on your experience, look no further then the Green Areca. We were lucky enough to spend 15 nights here with our children aged 3 and 6. The villa is situated about a 5 minute cab ride from the old town and similar distance to the beach. They have a bunch of bikes too, which is a great way to get around. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained and very clean. We …had two adjoining rooms, which meant we all had our own space to hang out in after 6 weeks on the road. We spent a lot of time in the pool! It was the ultimate playground for our children and a welcome reprieve from the heat. Mr Hung, Mrs E, Hue and the team are amazing, generous hosts. They are laid back and gracious, but also highly astute. They are committed to making your stay the best it can be. They are always around for a chat, to give advice, to play with the children. If you’re lucky you might even get a sample of Mr Hung’s specially brewed Sapa Mountain Apple liqueur! Mrs E’s cooking is incredible. We have eaten her breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Her food will be one of the many things we miss about being here. As a team they manage to be ever present without intruding in any way. If you get the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate… it is truly wonderful.
This is the place to be if you are planning a visit to Hoi An (Da Nang). Best Hospitality is served that too at the min cost. Very Very generous people. Visited this place in a group of 10 last Christmas and it was a fabulaous experience. Don't forget to enjoy the free Cycle ride around the city.

Well located halfway between the city centre and the beach of an Bang. Velo available free of charge, otherwise the taxi costs 70 vnd for the city and 120 vnd for the beach, approximativent of course. The place is very quiet. The family that manages the hotel is very friendly and seeks to help you in any circumstances (including to repair a wheel suitcase broken). The food is good and not too expensive, and beyond the menu you can ask for extras without a problem. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is big enough and very clean also. To date this is the pool the largest in the area and with only 6 rooms to rent it is never full.
