Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had sufficient variety … nice omelettes and banana pancakes that are cooked to order.
Only a relatively short walk to Old Town and the market area.

Great staff and everything. Room is comfy and neat, bathroom’s beautiful bath. The breakfast is very delicious! Will definitely comeback.

Khách sạn tuy hơi cũ, nhưng đẹp. Cảnh quan ok, đủ để sống ảo :D. Nhân viên thân thiện, ăn sáng tạm được đối với những người dễ chịu, tuy nhiên so với giá phòng thì không thể đòi hỏi gì thêm, gần phố cổ, gần chợ, nhiều chỗ ăn sáng. Sẽ ở đây nếu có dịp quay lại Hội An.

Staff were so friendly and hotel so clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms were small but sufgicient and good amenities. Love the big bath. Within walking distance to markets and town. Bikes to use if desire. About 2kms from beach. Great location. Would recommend highly.

Nice hotel. Lacks a bit of faulty maintenance plug this.

And another 1 star, because if in 2014-15, I would have given him well 4, as always in Asia, they build beautiful buildings, but after totally neglect to do the repairs!

Really welcome and friendly staff. Room is cumfy and neat. Bathroom has a beautiful bath. Bed linen is some of the best quality I have slept on. Breakfast buffet is really nice a big variety to choose from. Beautiful clean pool and bicycles if you want to find your way around… excellent vanue for money.

We were greeted in May by the whole team who were at the top! All the staff were very attentive to all our needs! I highly recommend this hotel and would take the time to talk about it around me ;). See you soon and thank you so much!

Small, old room, buffet is poor, no restaurant at night. Only for sleep and swimming.

Ive visited several times. Staff are courteous and although in little need of some small repairs. A great hotel for a more than reasonable price.

NIce room, breakfast could improve (better eggs) Pleasant staff but few who speak english. I block from the beach is perfect.

This place has so much potential and must have been beautiful once. The rooms are a good size, the pool is great and the staff are friendly. However not nearly clean enough. The bathrooms need a scrub and the mattresses are hard, as are the pillows. Also the shower is attached to the wall at a height suitable for someone 7 foot so with it being a wetfloor shower means you are 1/2 way in the loo to catch the water. Could easily be lowered and put on the side wall. Cheap and walking distance to town so good value for money. Oh and don't take room 216 or 219 as they back onto the laundry and they turn the drier on at 7am and it sounds like a rocket trying to launch!

Amazing hotel. Everything is perfect. The staff are all amazing friendly people and so helpful. The hotel is spotless and brand new, facilities are excellent, prices are extremely reasonable, breakfast is great and fresh, rooms are huge, pool is a decent size and very clean. Can't fault one thing and I like to pick faults all the time. Everyone should stay here now! No where better for the money in Hoi An.

Pros Near entrance to Hoi An. Right across gas station. 5 min walk to Ancient town. Convenient stores around. Cons I stayed at room 213 Ill-lighted room. Weird bathroom design. Dirty toilet. No sound insulation (you can hear your neighbors all night). Bathroom has an air vent to the main hall way?! You can know how many people are coming or going just by listening to their footsteps. Hot water system is dangerous. The hot pipe becomes very hot quickly and you can see water drop boiling on top of the pipe and the pipe is sizzling throughout the bath. Verdict I have seen other 3-star rated hotel with much higher standards. I only booked this hotel because I got a last minute deal on Agoda.

Pool at the roadside, fresh in January but very nice after a day of sightseeing.
