We stayed a week here. The staff are so friendly and took every opportunity to help us with our two young children. When my wife asked how we could buy a pack of biscuits. One of the staff went out to the market and purchased them for us. The breakfast is great. For tourists ask for the Vietnamese pancakes and iced coffee. All of the tea provided in the hotel is from the owners families tea plantation. The pool was a hit with our kids and the sunsets amazing. We will be back to enjoy the comfort again soon. The free bike usage was also great.

This hotel was great! The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was amazing! And the staff was super nice. They have a shuttle to/from their private beach three times a day. You can get bikes for free (pretty handy as lots of parts of Hoi An are bike zones). The pool is superb.

I can’t fault this hotel. Room was really modern & clean with a big shower, safe, & bar fridge. The girls at reception are so lovely & speak really good English. They helped us post some of our shopping home. The buffet breakfast is twice the size of any of the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Also about an 800 mater walk into town. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks.

Lovely little gem of a hotel with great service and a perfect quiet, yet very accessible location. Really great, helpful and personal service on reception and throughout. A small, quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. An easy 3-4 minute bicycle ride (free) into town, but situated in a peaceful location with a nice view over a field and the river. Tasty and ample buffet breakfast and good, clean (though small) pool. Very nice cafes and bars within a minute's walk and “Nem” in particular good for a sunset drink with a view back across the water towards the old town. The rooms are short on space to put clothes, but are otherwise spacious, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The breakfast/dining area could do with overhead fans as it can be a bit hot and humid. All in all a super hotel and I will definitely stay again if I return to Hoi An!

The Hoi An Odyssey is a lovely hotel with clean rooms and excellent service! The amazing lap pool was so relaxing. I love the location — it's just off the main area so you can be away from the hubbub but a short walk or bike ride with the complimentary bikes will get you to the heart of old town. Our room featured a balcony with a view of the river, drying rack, golf umbrellas, dressing table and a deep bathtub. Perfect for a romantic getaway to the beautiful lantern town of Hoi An!

Awesome hotel, amazing staff. Tucked away from the buzzing tourist center. The pool is lovely and the rooms are delightful. Happy hour at the poolside is an added bonus! Would recommend highly!

Wonderful hotel in a quiet part of Hoi An. However, no more than half a mile from the old town quarter. Attentive and friendly staffs. We had the river view room. Modern design and amenities. Good breakfast buffet. Great price. There's nothing negative. Will stay & recommend to others.

Amazing! Very friendly staff, clean, beautifully located. They gave us cycles to get to the Ancient Town as well. We got lucky to see the fireworks for Chinese Lunar New Year from our balcony! Was just breathtaking! Would definitely recommend this place to a friend :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. We stayed here for 3 nights, in a junior suite. The room was decorated as honeymoon with flowers and towels. The room is also spacious with a nice view towards the field. The only drawback is the soundproof, especially when in the morning as I was waken up by people talking in the corridor. The pool area is cozy.

Great room, nice view over the fields, calm location but still close to the center (free bicycles). Their best asset are their extremely friendly employees. Small tips: if you want to get your laundry done, use the laundry shop just left of the hotel. Also take Uber when you come from and go to the airport, it is cheaper than the transport they suggest.

Everyone we've encountered in Vietnam has been friendly, but the staff here was the friendliest and most accommodating. They gave us a bottle of wine and decorated our room with flowers and towel swans as we were there as part of our honeymoon trip. We checked out, but left our bags there while we explored Hoi An. They ordered a car for us to go to the airport at night and when the cab got stuck due to a traffic accident, the hotel ordered us a new cab and paid for it. The hotel itself was clean and looked newly remodeled and our balcony was great for watching the rain come down. There are bikes with locks available for free, 24 hours a day. For guests with late flights there is a bathroom with a shower you can use after walking around the town. Very cute hotel with amazingly friendly staff.

Beautiful modern new-look hotel with absolutely friendly service and very good cuisine (also around five to 10 evenings before the kitchen closes). Weekly market and night market are about a 10-minute walk away. Like to come back.

We bring with us fantastic memories from Odyssey Hotel. Thousand thanks to each and one of you that work here, so much kindness, care and joy even with first floor flooded by water an mudd is admirable. There can not be a better place to be under such conditions.

Quiet and close to old Town. Impeccable service.

This hotel is great! It's outside the main market area which makes it quiet. But it's only a 15 minute walk from the main area of Hoi An. They also have free bicycles you can use and there's a scooter rental place right next to the Hotel. Moreover, the best part of my experience here is the staff. They are amazingly nice and welcoming. They will go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant!

The staff have been exceptional here. Very attentive and genuinely caring about our needs. It is base just far enough out of the old town that it is quiet but still close enough to walls or cycle. If we are fortunate enough to return I would certainly stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Nice pool. Clean and comfortable rooms. Really liked the bed and pillows. Relaxing to be a little ways from the main part of town, which is a short bike ride on the free bikes or shuttle provided. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi kept going in and out.

The staff was above any expectations, even the hotel owner showed up and talked to us asking for recommendations. Very highly appreciated. The overall quality was top-notch, the breakfast wide-ranging and offered anything One could want. The room was spacious and cozy.

Perfecr hotel, the service is remarkable. A pool is available as well as a private beach accessible by free shuttle. The hotel manager was amazing, she made sure that everything was ok for us. The quality of the hotel is one of the best I have been to.

We had an amazing stay at odysey hotel in hoi an. It was recommended to us by another couple and we were not dissappointed. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. Fab rooms, pool, free bikes which are perfect to get into town fast from the hotel, brilliant breakfast! Even let use use all the facilities on or last day and get ready in a room before leaving in the evening. Definately stay here if you are looking for a lovely hotel in Hoi an!

My mom and I stayed here for three nights. The new hotel has beautiful rooms and the most comfortable beds, nice showers, the included breakfast has all you need. The Organisation of day trips and transport from the hotel was great. I cannot think about anything I would improve in this price category.

Absolutely lovely hotel. They do everything right here. While the location seems a bit far out at first, it's only a 5 minute walk to the main area, and is nice and quiet.
