Barman very friendly seemed genuinely interested in us. Geckos amusing in outside area of bar. Good ambiance created by all the lanterns and foliage. Some excellent photography examples in the bar.

Spacious rooms, quiet hotel, serene, romantic, good service, frequent shuttle service to and from Hoi An historic town and Beachfront, excellent Spa, pool with jacuzzi, bar with billiards and medium sized pool. Surrounding area has excellent and affordable restaurants, massage, laundry and convenience stores.

Nice and old hotel. The breakfast was good, they cook omelette and noodles. Receptionist and the massage were very good. If you come here bring moskito repelent.

Great, spacious comfortable rooms. Love the big windows which bring in a lot of a natural light or just close curtains if you don't. Great balcony and clean overall. Friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast buffet is excellent with a great variety and fresh! Pool area is also very comfortable clean. Really enjoyed their bar by the pool which offers a good variety on no alcoholic drinks too. Food from menu is delicious too. Very peaceful.

The rooms are so cool and pretty clean. The bathroom is nice. The only issue is the fact that the standing shower is connected with the toilet area. The food is nice, love their waffles. Their pool is so cool. The room service is not so great. They don't give us our stuff like towels or an extra flipflop until a long time. The service overall is nice.

I liked the hotel. The area is beautiful and big enough. Lots of greenery and flowers. The double room is clean, fresh, after renovation. The view of the pool is beautiful. Guests from Almaty.

Beautiful resort, comfortable and lovely rooms, the breakfast buffet is amazing with so much tropical fruits and a huge variety of food options, and very friendly and helpful staff.

They have a very nice lobby, green garden and also nice outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately the room is VERY OLD. The room is spacious and comfortable, but as I said, it quite old so the hotel need to renovate it. The location is in the midway between the beach & the old town, so it is not convenient. But the hotel do have the scheduled shuttle bus, so we this is not a big issue.

This place was lovely. The runs were large, the beds were great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the view from our patio was lovely. There was a great pool, well done massages, and it was located close to Old Town and the beach.

The room was more like an apartment. Very comfortable and clean. AC didn't work the first night, but they quickly repaired it in the morning. The pool was incredible. Infinity type pool makes you feel like you're in the tropics. Delicious buffet breakfast in the morning and a nice inexpensive Spa on the property. About $3 to $4 cab ride to Old Town Hoi An. A bonus is that They have bikes available to use for free.

Nice hotel with nice pool area and nice breakfast room. Bar is smeared. With measuring cups you don't make good cocktails.

This is a lovely little Hotel with a considerable amount of charm. The gardens are beautifully arranged with lanterns in the trees and the pool is very nice with lots of sun beds with umbrellas. The staff are friendly and helpful. If it was nearer the sea or the town I would have given it five stars but it isn't near either so clients have to take the shuttle bus or get a taxi. Walking is difficult here as the pavements aren't very good and are used for parking scooters and mopeds.

Had a fabulous stay. Gorgeous staff. Delicious food. Very comfortable room. Gorgeous gardens. Lovely pool. If planning any tours and wanting an English speaking guide though, ensure you book it with your travel agent to prevent confusion with the resort staff. In fact, I highly recommend Buffalo Tours prior to arriving to ensure you get the best tour guide. Otherwise, your stay at Hoi An Trails Resort will be wonderful.

Super Nice Resort!
The rooms are clean and quiet, the beds soft and the staff is always helpful and super friendly. We even got an upgrade for free. The breakfast consists of a huge buffet. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious.
The most beautiful is the garden and the pool area. We spent two days alone just by the pool and enjoyed the cocktails at happy hour. Be sure to try the Pina Colada! Fresh pineapple juice and Cocosnussaft, a dream!

Best place to stay, we were very lucky to be upgraded to a villa which was absolutely beautiful. I recommend this place very highly, lovely place & beautiful staff.

Great rooms that are large and well appointed. The pool and spa are also wonderful. Also, the free bicycles get you to the beach in seven minutes where you can enjoy free chairs and umbrellas reserved for hotel guests.

Nice hotel bright clean rooms, staff friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to the city of Lanterns works well. A taxi ride is also quite inexpensive.

Our family stayed at this "hotel" (I think more appropriate than "resort") for 3 nights. The location is very convenient. You can easily go to the town or the beach because it lies in the middle of the main road. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped. We had nothing to complain about our sleep and relax quality thanks to the comfy beds and quiet gardens. The breakfasts were just average and repetitive. All staff members were very friendly with lovely beams. I would recommend this hotel to families who are looking for a cozy place to unwind.

Nice quiet hotel outside Hoi An city centre, 2 km, on the road to Cua Cai beach. The pool is Nice, breakfast otettu good. The hotel offers bikes for guests but they are pretty bad (saddles are too low IF you are >170cm tall, then again this is a common problem in Hoi An.

This is our sixth hotel (after traveling for 2 weeks) and we enjoyed it immensely. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. You really feel. Like you are in a tropical resort. We ate both breakfast and lunch at the hotel and enjoyed both very much. The spa was excellent. We both had massages.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom place which was spotless. We were unlucky enough to be staying when it was cold and wet so apart from playing pool there is nothing else to do at the hotel. Food is good. Breakfast excellent. We also did a mini course in lantern making which was good for both kids and adults. They also have a shuttle to take you to the old town.

Location was in a good area, hotel was very authentic and beautiful. Spa services were wonderful, and the hotel employees were very nice and helpful.

Good location, super friendly staff and spacious rooms. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil with lush surroundings. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. They could use some updates for a 5th star, but I will stay here again on the next trip to Hoi An.

Great location 3km from ancient town. Free shuttle is very good. Room smelled a bit damp other than that a great stay. Breakfast was excellent Pho and Bahn Mi!

Nice hotel, clean and very clean. The only drawbacks are that it does not have a lift but only has two floors and is located three kilometres from the city center of Hoi An, and in the vicinity there is almost nothing.

I loved this place. Located 10 minute drive from the town with great little restaurants nearby. Rooms with a balcony looking over a beautiful pool area with a bar area. Would stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay — local to everything … just a short bike ride or cab fare… only negative was we were over charged with drinks at pool — so pay as you go or sign for every drink. Our room was exceptional and we will def stay again when we visit. Highly reccommend — has pool, spa, massage, snooker room, bar, restaurant, beautiful gardens — just do it :)

This was my girlfriend and I first time in Hoi An and our 4 night stay at Hoi An Trails has been fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are spotless and all you could want. Location just 3km from Ancient Town with a free shuttle every few hours or just get a taxi for around VND50, 000 (AUD3 or USD2). We actually preferred this location as it was I little bit of quiet and serenity after coming from Saigon!

Hoi An Trails Resort And Spa is a good location and a best hotels. Because it's near by Ancient Town and not far to go anywhere in there! A decoration is so vintage and charming. That is a reason both of me and my friend saying when we check in Food is so fresh and tasty everyday! … Special thanks to staff with lovely and friendly! I promise to come back here in the next trip.

Second time I have stayed at this resort, I found the staff extremely happy, warm and very accommodating to our needs. Always great to stay. I have stayed 4 times and always very good.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. When I ask for their transport to the beach the answer was: I will call for a cab, that is cheaper then our bus. Nearby is the very friendly and very good Coco restaurant. Their competition is a few meters away, but is not as good (foodwise and moneywise.
