Great staff the kids especially have fantastic English! We had a comfortable stay would recommend it to anyone. Only thing was the room felt a bit damp.

Very well maintained and clean. Looks like it has been newly renovated. No lifts so have to walk up the stairs and our room is on the fourth floor. The staff would gladly help take your bag up but we declined, the lady was smaller than us in stature. No early for breakfast. You have to wait quite a bit if there is a crowd.

Alright location, room as pretty massive for the price. The place is family run. I think a 7 year old kid checked us in, great English, and her brother came and sorted our TV. The TV is interesting cause it has apps on it like Netflix and YouTube so we just logged in and could watch some movies. Outside our window about 30cm away was another hotel so no views of sunlight.

Decent basic accommodations, clean. They give you slippers to keep the floor clean. Breakfast was okay. Family that runs the hotel is very friendly.

Nice pleace very clean and the bed is so comfortable that you sleep like rock people run it awesome most we liked it a little girl in charge.

Good value! Nice, clean, light room with mountain view. Comfortable bed. Central location. Modest breakfast, at least for a cyclist, but plenty of other options close by. Friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi. Bicycles may be parked in the lobby.

Modern hotel, good cleaning, nice staff. Western breakfast could be a little better. Overall very satisfied.

Beds are so comfy. 350.000vnd for a double room. Staff very friendly, breakfast included and there are quite a few options to choose from. Unfortunately my helmet for my bike went missing as they rent motorbikes out and one of the other guests had taken it.

Working AC, quiet, comfortable mattress, working shower, no bugs, and clean. Run by a lovely and very generous family. They offered information they had on the caves (some were closed due to raised water levels), and an extra poncho to keep dry (mine was ripping). They even put some air in our motorbike tire after noticing it was low. A delicious breakfast and drink is included. I would return just to hang out with the family!

Clean room, no frills. The little girl is the most helpful if you need anything. You should expect to pay cash since the credit card machine seems to be down a lot. Also ask if you need the room cleaned or anything restocked.

Really felt like they went out of there way. Charming family business with excellent food.

Strong Wi-Fi. Convenient location in town. Very clean room and bed (bed on thin and hard side). Traditional Vietnamese bathroom but very spacious. Food is excellent and very attentive staff. The owner, Huong, is an excellent cook and super nice. The hotel owner would share local food if being asked. Very honest and nice people. I would definitely recommend this place. Although it is rated one star hotel, the accommodation is much better than many 4 star hotel. Service is 5 star plus. Note: no telephone in room, smaller TV, traditional door locks, no elevators. But It is a very very good accommodation for Phong Nha area. Dong Hoi is the close by touristy town. Staying Phong Nha is way better. Less expensive and lots of love from the host.

+ Neat and newly renovated rooms — Dirty towels — People smoking in the hallway — People shouting through the hotel at 6:30 in the morning — No cards accepted.

Good hotel, clean, staff friendly, nice room, hot water, laundry, big TV, … hotel in central, many restaurants around, near Boat station to buy ticket then go to the cave by boat.

No towel and hair dryer unless you ask for. The bed sheet was a bit dirty.

Great place to stay. Room was excellent value for money, very clean and spacious. It had the Most comfortable bed we have stayed in over our 3 months travelling around Asia, so comfy we stayed in bed a whole day! Even had smart TV with Netflix and you tube.
This hotel is family run and all members and staff were exceptionally helpful.
Location good right on the high street but not noisy.
Would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay while in Hoi An! An honest, generous family runs this hotel. We had breakfast and bike rental included in our $12 a night stay here. Great, massive room with comfortable bed. Did I mention the family is honest and generous?! These people deserve the business they receive because they definitely elevated our Hoi An experience.
