I rent two 2 bedrooms villas here. They have their own swimming pool inside. The villa is spacious and fully equip. I need to call for their shuttle car to get to the reception n restaurant. The safari & the amusement park is great, too. Good service.
This is my experience : Our plane has been delayed twice before we reached Phu Quoc. We arrived late and at first sight, we could see the resort welcome station located right outside the airport (it looks stunning too). We got in our car and head for the resort. The driver offered us some relaxing music to have some rest while we took a 45-minutes ride. We arrived at our beautiful villa and enjoy the stunning scenery. We had a nice dinner buffet and go out for a quick swim in our pool. What can I say? Im loving it!

Most of all are great but the speed of service was slowly. The set up in my room was lacked of face towels, I called the Operator but no body has taken the action. The Front Office Staffs are very nice & friendly but the speed of work was slowly. The same for restaurant staff, the speed is very slowly. I ordered a bottle of wine, it took so long, the next day I order a bottle of Smirnoff, it also took so long.
