The hotel was clean and bags were brought to our room for us. Staff was friendly enough but could not even understand basic english. The pool was nice, a tad on the cool side. The breakfast was fine the first morning but the second morning we showed up at 8 instead of 7 (breakfast they said was 6 am until 10am) and half of the food was not available and they turned the lights off while we were eating… also there was someone smoking on our floor which traveled into our room which they don’t do anything about. Also we did not receive water on our second day which is not a huge deal just the principal. They let us use bikes for over 3 hours which is their (free time) but they definitely need some repairs done on some.
Standard rooms might be without window. Rooms are quite confortable even if decoration is not very nice and aging to our point of view (same for the all hotel). The pool is small and lack of sun loungers (total of 3! ). Good for a short stay (but the hotel seems appreciated from vietnamese people). Nice rooftop coffee and bar.
