Terrible when every time I stayed here there were no towels or soap in the room… you'd think someone would teach them.

Cons: Cold rooms, hot water for a very short time. Most of the staff were not very service minded. Not able to get some coffee. The rooms felt rather old, but clean. Very thin walls, so you hear your neighbour. We had to climb up a 3 meter security fence once in the night because they had locked it. Pros: The secret tour! Was the best thing on our Vietnam trip. Truly recommend it :)

Second stay, nine years apart, okay, would be good to have top sheets instead of just a blanket on top that no doubt has been used by many others. Not good English at reception but try hard to assist.
