Clean hotel. We stayed in a family room. Got upgraded. They wanted an extra fee for the upgrade but quickly agreed it free as we requested to have exactly what we had reserved (Deluxe Triple room). Quite friendly staff. The lady served breakfast was nice but the breakfast itself was rather poor, only bread, cheese, jam, butter… Anyway, we cant expect too much as it is just 1 star, isn't it?. Location just mediocre. 1km to the market.

The hotel is in a good location, about 10 or 15mins from the night market (which is pretty much the center). There are many restaurants and cafes close by. Everthing we wanted to reach was easily reachable by foot. And if not they are happy to help you get a taxi and make sure they don't try to get more money from us then they should. They got us a taxi to go the airport and fixed the price for us. No risk of being cheated :) The staff is very nice and attentive. They made sure we were happy and we got a late breakfast when we were leaving. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the water in the shower was slow to drain. Didn't cause any problems at all but it was noticeable. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast if that's something you care about. The highlight is definitly mr rot's secret tour. By far the best tour I experienced so far. You don't see the touristy stuff except for the elefant waterfall, instead you get to experience the real vietnam. I would recommend it to anyone.
