Worst 4* hotel ever! My Girlfriend and I booked the superior room (1.800 VND per night, approx. 78$ a night). The welcoming was everything except nice, it was a big mess in the entrance and our room was enot ready yet. We had to wait for what turns out to be the worst hotel experience ever! First of all the bed was to small for me (I am 1.80 meters tall and the bed was not much longer). The blanket and the bed-linen that were put on the bed resulted in an allergic reaction on my girlfriends body, rash everywhere. We asked for a different blanket and new bed-linen to stop the rash. After two times they finally understood what we needed. We woke up several times from a tedious noise, sounded like someone was pounding on the door every minute). The bed resulted in a pain in the back for me and my girlfriend. Futhermore we did not had a hot shower (cold and less water). Once we arrived in the restaurant to have breakfast we could only get a cold buffet (it tastes foul and was the worst breakfast I have ever had in Vietnam). In the late morning I started feeling sick caused due to the breakfast. We went back to our room and it turned out that the fam was broken too. Instead of fixing it, we received a noisy small van. Once we started complaining the hotel tried to buy us of with sweets, something that shows they did not take us serious. this is not a 4* hotel. Please save your money and go to a different hotel. This hotel is not worth it’s money!

I really want to give 5 stars to honor the owner who keeps the hotel the old way, down to the uniforms of workers. Yet management is the worst. There are perennial problems in the room, and they are not corrected even after days that I stayed there.

Convenient place, good view.

This place used to be very nice but is getting more and more run down. Water is often not hot enough for shower and street noise a lot as it is located next to the most busy road of Dalat. The great old fashioned elevator maybe saves the place and still gets 3 stars from me.

I enjoyed myself as I needed a rest. However you need to improve your service for people with disabilities. People with a disability need a stand alone shower not a shower in the bath. Also the restaurant is very difficult to access if you have a disability. There needs to be a hand rail all the way down and if possible a ramp or escalator needs to be installed. There are many ways that you can improve to bring more customers to your hotel. I would return to your hotel if easier access to the restaurant. People dont want toom service but be with others when the eat.

Hotel from the Belle Epoque. Would certainly have charm, but unfortunately has come in the years. Breakfast in the basement is just plain bad. The rooms are a journey through the sea, especially the bathroom.

Nice hotel in colonial style. A little old. But much more premium and beautiful than surrounding hotels. The staff are also better trained and helpful.

Great and clean 3 hotel. Nice old elevator. The standard room is quite small is. But other things are fine.

The magic atmosphere of the European Retro hotel. Vintage lift, wooden furniture in the rooms. Everything is very clean and tidy. A complete set of accessories for shower and personal hygiene. There are floors with smoking and non-smoking rooms. This room offers beautiful views of the city. Breakfast for 5 +. There are no guests from Russia at all, which is very pleasing. Mostly Asians and Europeans. Great location.
Please note that booking a room through booking is much cheaper (there was also an extra discount for our days). Standard room for two people came out-$46. The hotel price tag is almost-$100

A lovely hotel with good spacious and clean rooms, nice bathrooms and decent if a little dated furniture. I think the hotel is aiming at the older traveller and keen to make itself look like some old colonial style which it nearly pulls off. We really enjoyed our stay at Da Lat and the hotel, although unremarkable contributed to our happy contentedness. Thank you Hotel Du Parc the only negative was that the decor could do with updating for the price that is being charged for the rooms.

A nice hotel with a bit of colonial architectural charm. My friend was ill during our stay and the hotel kindly let us have a very late check-out at no charge.

This hotel is very nice with lot’s of details in a French style. The rooms are spacious, but very cold with limited hot water. Lot’s of noice from the street. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the sauna after a cold day in the mountains.

Hotel room was cozy, bed very comfy. Food was really bad and over priced. Was told there was a spa, but when actually looking to book, turns out it's at the palace Hotel down the street. Overall, overpriced but sort of fancy exterior.

Stay in this place. Beautiful. Friendly staff. Location is central. Nice ambient. Historic hotel. Good for golfers. But on Sunday 1/10/2017, they start playing very loud music at their Cafe across the street at 6:30 Am in the morning make me and my wife wake up very early on our day of rest. I can not understand the logic behind it. If you stay there, make sure first they don't have music event in the Cafe.

The hotel has the style of French structure. Beautiful view, comfortable buffet, good service. But no air conditioner (due to the cool climate in Dalat), fairly high room price.

The staff and service at this hotel is very good. Good location, but even with junior sweet a bit plain with no great view at 112 US dollars a night. No air con either. But nice ambience with foyer, old elevator and breakfast area.

Old, but that's part of the charm. No A/C in the rooms but that's ok in Da Lat. Buffet was ok. Good service.

Hotel built in 1930s. Situated in a convenient and peaceful environment. Classic colonial decor, breakfast is simple but decent. The elevator is a vintage too! Staff are polite and helpful. What they lack in modern facilities they make up with the professional service.

Very comfortable hotel with an appropriate feeling of somewhat faded colonial glory. Within close walking distance to the heart of Dalat, and on a hill that permits lovely views. Excellent old fashioned elevator that insists that the access door be closed on every floor for it to provide its services. The staff are professional, helpful and speak quite decent English.

Oh great, I love the country of Vietnam, the Vietnamese people love, I love all.

Nice hotel. We didn't stay here the last time we went to Da Lat, but we ate breakfast in Cafe de la Poste. Very nice buffet, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Spent Christmas night here, most elegant hotel with an incredible classic French restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were the best in the south, equal to the Metropole in Hanoi. Solo violinist playing in lobby was very cool. Hotel is pre-WW1 with modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, rooms are amazingly large and period furnished. Really feels like you are transported back to colonial times. The city is very clean and still a French colonial atmosphere.

Have stayed here three times over the last five years. Probably, because I always associate this hotel with the beautiful city of Dalat, can truly stay this is my favorite place to stay in all my travels. The staff is wonderful, food is excellent and the facility is well maintained. If you want to go back about 80 years and find out how people used to live, this is the place for you. A little pricey compared to other nice hotels in Vietnam, but worth it.
