It's a guesthouse and not a hotel. It's run by a friendly host that speaks some English enough to communicate. He is extremely helpful provided you ask, he helped me with communicating with the bus from dalat to nha trang and honestly without his help I may have been stuck. For foreign travellers you will need to deposit your passport with them. I was a little apprehensive but relented in the end when he said even Vietnamese will have to deposit their ID. There is no lifts so again for travellers with huge bags, you will have to lug your bags up. The staircase is small. You can't wear your shoes to your room, and will need to leave them at the counter. This makes the rooms much cleaner I guess. If you get the room facing the street, don't jump in jubilation. It is extremely noisy from the honking. So please bring earplugs. There are only 6 rooms and if you get rooms ending with 1 it's facing the street. Its fairly near to the centre of town and walking distance to crazy house. Overall I like it because the rooms were nicely decorated but the traffic noise level is insanely high. Nice for solo travelers maybe not so for families. Happy travels.
