Thank you to the wonderful team of the staff of Vinpearl Bay resort for a wonderful holiday with my husband! Cozy atmosphere, comfortable rooms, good and quality food, pleasant music in the evenings — all this Vinpearl Bay resort! Overall, I appreciate our stay on GREAT! The evening lacked a bit of show programs and more entertainment. There was no restaurant on the beach. I think it would be nice to make a hookah room for holidaymakers. On arrival at the hotel for a long time waited for check-in, although I fully understand that it is associated with the summer influx of tourists and overcrowded rooms, but after 10 hours of flight, 40 minutes drive from the airport to Nyachang plus a boat and tuk — tuk… I want to quickly check into the room to take a shower and relax. This slightly overshadowed my first impression of the hotel. But over time my experience was replaced by a more positive one: unobtrusive and friendly staff, which is very important on holiday! Democratic prices at the hotel, Russian-speaking staff (Dasha, Andrei, Anya) and much more. Thanks to all the staff of this hotel for making the stay of many tourists so pleasant and unforgettable!

We were in the hotel for the second time, the first time was 2 years ago. Then we liked it. The variety of food in the restaurant, there was a restaurant near the beach, a quick transportation around the island, a mini bar in the room with drinks, a general positive mood and rest. We had a good time in the summer of 2016.
This time in July 2018 everything became very bad. We were with two children for over 19 days. Expecting to have fun, but unfortunately a lot was conspicuous:
1. Terrible internet in the hotel
2. Food in the restaurant — terrible, focused only on the Chinese, before there was a European menu, now there is no at all. There are no normal seafood at all. There's no fish. Children's menu — no.
The bar is meager, all drinks are diluted, you have to ask the staff to pour in with you.
3. Restaurant near the beach — closed
4. General state of desolation and fatigue of the hotel
5. All shabby
6. The staff is loud, they can be heard through the door all the time
7. Tuk-tuk drivers rush around the area without the lights on, honking
8. It is impossible to write down spending on a room, some distrust to spend from the room, you need to put a deposit, the amount of which decides the hotel! How is that even? I had to walk with a card all the time and pay on the spot. It's crazy, really you thought I'd run away with an unpaid bill, given that you're driving the boats?
9. Amusement Park. Separate horror.

The resort was excellent. It was really fun. But there were also some bad things. There was a lack of food diversity. Thank you for preparing mainly Vietnamese food. I wish I had more food. We stayed in Vinpearl Bay from the 2 till 15 of July, 2018! The hotel is beautiful, the sea is great! Breakfast is good! There is enough food of different tastes! The staff is friendly and caring! And we loved the amusement park! :) In the park You can find many things to do for fun and good mood! It even has it's own little zoo! :) Besides, you'll never be hungry! There are different cafes in the park. But there are minuses as well! There is too much garbage in the sea from time to time! You swim, see and touch the garbage which is around you both on the sea surface and at the bottom under your feet. The shore is cleaned by the staff but they don't come inside the water and don't pick up the litter from the bottom! So when we were snorkeling pretty close to the shore and faced lots of trash! It's disgusting! We tried to take the garbage out of the water ourselves and we were very pleased that some tourists did it with us! It's not nice to swim in trash! For 5 star hotel it's unacceptable! Besides sun-beds are old. And there are not enough umbrellas next to sun-beds. Another minus is that there are just some dishes in snack bar, so you must be attached to the buffet only! The other way to eat is to order food to your room! And thirdly, The hotel still hasn't returned my deposit back to my credit card! Hope, I'll get my money back soon and you will not forget to do it!

I always felt good about the friendly staff. There were many kinds of food and it was delicious. The bedroom was clean … The electric car which is the means of transportation in the resort was comfortable. However, when I used Vin Pearl land, I was very uncomfortable because there was no male and female locker room. A lot of people will be satisfied if the locker room is refurbished.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is tasty and varied. Very expensive alcoholic drinks. The villas are chic. There was a problem with the cleaning of the villa, twice had to remind to clean and the floors wiped bad. The beach is clean and the beds are comfortable. Cars for trips to the main building, to the park and to the boat is always timely and comfortable.

About everything in order: 1) accommodation comfortable new villas with its own clean pool.
2) The food is excellent prepared, varied menu, good service. One minus, not all waiters know well English, Russian do not know.
3) Sea beach with waves, but purer than in Nha Trang. The beach is cleaned, but you can do better. Large pool, no animation.
4) The ambience near the hotel is nothing, no shops, no restaurants. But the city carries a free bus to Nha Trang and the cable car and back. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

This is one the best resort I have been to since I arrived in viet nam, I will definitely return in future and the villa is spacious, clean and modern. The staffs seem very welcome and helpful, I had great time to relax in the resort with my family.

I recommend to pay attention to cleanliness and order in a sauna and a hammam, and also replacement of water in a jacuzzi. I visited these rooms for about a week every day and during this time managed to visit the Jacuzzi only once, then there was water dirty, then did not work. The sauna and Hammam had to stand, because there were dirty shops.
Also recommend to pay attention to the guests on the part of the service staff both on arrival and departure had to carry suitcases myself.
And most importantly, it is not practically food for Russian clients and children. I had to go to the mainland to eat. Also, in Vinpearl Lendu, there is no food except for fast foods.

Staff is nice. But English speaking need to improve. Smile is not enough Lack of front line staff. Housekeeping service is not qualified. Daily supplement was missing. One of the toilet flush doesn't work. Some dirt on the towel.

Great experience at this hotel. I would have stayed if I had had more time. Nice Service, Feedback and clean facilities. I'll recommend this resort for those who hesitate.

The hotel is very comfortable! The service is top notch, the staff is attentive and courteous. From the wishes we would like to diversify European cuisine and make children's menu or children's table, as children can use single dishes. Also there is a misunderstanding of the staff in the restaurant even in English (not everyone understands and speaks) ; No indication of spicy dishes (you can draw peppers or write in English in bold) — the child so inadvertently took the macaroni, which were very spicy. At first we were little disappointed bc it wasnt the VinPearl resort on the island and it was far from the NhaTrang city. However, the staffs, the grounds and the food was excellent. Really enjoyed the experience and will visit again!

The service is good, but the ferry bus from the hotel restaurant to the wharf has a big problem. I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes in a row two cars did not go up, but the staff did arrange the people behind me to get on the bus first, it is not acceptable. More than 10 people on the cue card are waiting to start immediately and the staff is not performing at all.

The service is really good, villas are well organized and designed. However, it takes about an hour to get to vinpearl land which is quite annoying and buses are limited so you have to book first in order to go around Nha Trang and get back. The food is ok, all about chinese favour and there aren't many choices. Pho Bo is brilliant anw, I highly recommend.

I loved the great sea and beach. Transport inside and to the mainland is perfectly organized. Excess, on the outside of the park, the island is not allowed, only residents. The only negative is the complexity of communication, the staff is friendly, but poorly speaking English, they hardly understand! There were several Russian speakers, it helped a lot! Were in no season, in February, the weather was great. In the afternoon the sun, the soot and bathe, in the evening a little cool, wore windbreakers. In this period the price-quality I consider optimal. The small problems were at arrival, because to understand that from us it was difficult even to me, though I in English speak, but there were elderly tourists from Russia they did not ponemali anything! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially when checking in.

The beach and the pools are clean, you can always take a dry towel.
Nutrition is a separate topic. I thought that the kitchen will mainly be Asian-spicy and fried. But pleasantly surprised-adaptive to all tastes. Lots of fruit, especially the fruit salad and chocolate fountain. Very helpful staff, smiling a lot and willing to help.
I will certainly consider your hotel for the next holiday, especially if there will be any action!

Bad service. They didnt change bigger size bed and more over I left my flip flop in my room and check out and then I went back but I couldn't find it.

The place is nice but the service is bad. Drinks are not included in the "All-inclusive" buffet. What kind of resort all-inclusive is that?! The restaurants are croweded, hot and smelly. Because of the amout of people (obviously, too much) the service is slow and disorganized. The food are not good displayed (total mess). The hotel reception staff are not precise with the information. The questions are half answered. Swimming pool and beach (yes, BEACH! ) are closed at 7pm! First time I saw such rule in a resort. In the other hand, the rooms and instalations are very nice and clean. Room AC works very well. Bed comfortable. Shower/Bathtub very good. The swimmings pool (when opened) are awesome.

Beautiful place but too much china visitors. Need more manage policy to keep beach clean and keep common rule. (Some Chinese let's there kids pee in common beach)

The hotel is good but not great (there's some kosjachki to repair). The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is very good. There are Russian girls on reception, but they work with 14.00 to 22.00, so a little minus. The beach is clean and the pool is clean and warm. Breakfast, lunch, dinner can be both inside and on the terrace. Only smoking in a room on Bolkone or on the street. The staff were friendly and helpful. In Korea, there were, in Tae, both Samui and Phuket, but there was a service nightmare. The food orders for the room are 40-60 minutes long, with a maximum of 20 minutes to be prepared. We had three people in the room (2 adults and 4-year-old) on the same big bed, so we were left with only 2 towels and two bottles of water, and there was no need to drink or bathe. No hot water, barely warm. Hot or even just a very warm bath wouldn't take. Russian guests 70%, with only 2 people from the Russian speaking staff in five days. The buses always have to wait, at least 10 minutes, with the boat. I feel like it's not 5 stars hotel, but four. The rooms are renovated from 8 a. M. It is not possible to sleep, the grass is fed by an ancient mower, works like a drill, wanted to sleep before the flight. Not even a free ride.

If you're on your own, do not get to a known wiring: buy tickets to the official register for 600, not a kiosk at a corner for 650. The water park is magnificent. Stratezhnej all the way to know in the morning. The sleigh's going to be two hours in the morning, but it's not worth it, especially if you were in Dalat on the same. The rides are amateur, but generally good. In Game Vorlde, you can 30 hang tried all possible games, and understand that you're old and the control is pathetic. Yes, it's all Chinese. Very cool amusement park! Many different and interesting places I have visited, there is a large water park with lazy river and a variety of slides, both for one person, and for two. There is a clean sea near the water park. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants where you can have a tasty and inexpensive meal.
To get around the entire park you need at least 5-7 hours, it is very big and interesting. Still there is an aquarium where you can see a lot of fish and even sharks! And by the way, in my opinion there opened a new attraction, something like roller coaster on the mine! Very cool, rolled on it, probably times 4-5. And there is also a "game Park" (? )
And, yes, the cable car was also cool, especially in the evening, when these "towers" are lit and looks very beautiful!

I bet three stars, because I think there's a way to go, for the ideal, I'm going to take Port Aventura! The idea of Vinpearl land is really really cool, and there's probably no room for amusement for kids in Vietnam, but once again, it's not the limit of perfection! All those who come here for the first time to start off the ropes (an alternative is a boat that can also reach the island where the ride is located) from the cable road, the entire complex and Aqua Park and the zone with the ground Entertainment and the very nature of the island.
Once again, it's probably the best place in all of Vietnam, it's like a different country, as if in Europe, everything is very beautiful, and the construction goes to this day, which is when it's going to be even better! Nice resort with beautiful views all around. There is a ton if things to do, but remember to bring the sun screen! Breakfast lunch and dinner buffet was delicious. Only negative is that the hotel, at least the regular resort building, was a little dated. I saw a lot of water stains on the ceilings, and the decor has room for improvement. I still rate it at 5 stars because the goods outweigh the bad.

Were in November 2014 years. Excellent hotel, very tasty and healthy cuisine. Unlike Turkey, sweets not only look great, but unusually delicious. A variety of seafood and always very tasty Vietnamese soups 5-6 species. The staff is courteous, always something clean, repair, improve. Great idea to divide the amusement park with attractions and akvagorkami from the hotel where very quietly and calmly. Cool idea to make free not only entertainment, but also all slots. There is plenty enough for the whole family.
Near the hotel in 5 minutes walk up the stone staircase is Buddhist temple. Went there quite often. Such a peaceful place.
Nature around the hotel memorably beautiful and diverse.
What would like to add to the hotel's management:
Make a free bar private — although there are plus-children generally do not drink unhealthy drinks. :)
Place dispensers at the beach.
And although there is no free drinks during the day — this is a big plus is not overloaded liver and each breakfast, lunch and dinner become overdue.

Were 2014goda in September. Otrov liked. Waterpark too. The weather is great. The sea is clean and warm. Wish the hotel management. If all inclusive so do so in Europe. And it turns out buffet and all. Not so we drink and ice cream s′edim. And the game on the bike and sell ice cream in three way if not more expensive. And the money that is not small. And so everything is fine. About Pegasus I won't write it as always at altitude. Most importantly, have returned home. And so I advise all to rest on the island will not regret.

All people are good, the place is gorgeous, the views gorgeous, everything is just great.

I'm sure there are lots of great resorts in Vietnam, but this has to be one of the best. The pool, the beach, the views, the setting… just lavish. This resort ticks all the 'Romantic Holiday' boxes. Having said that, I haven't been here since the recent renovations and I am told it is more family oriented now. Either way, this place is gorgeous. Hope to go back here soon!

Been with her husband, with 2.03.11 on 11.03.11 in this hotel. Hotel service, clean, comfortable, always available sun beds and towels at least 5 berry, the food is superb, every day huge prawns, mussels, oysters, and a lot of other Goodies, gourmet — meat crocodiles, ostriches, frog legs, and what soups, even for Breakfast at least 3, 4 species. I am a girl slim, for the following figure, but from overeating is not maintained, however, recovered only 1 kg! And all because it was where the walk, the island has a large water Park, shopping arcade, Spa salon in the hotel and in trading numbers (if you want to save money, you better in the Spa to go to Nha Trang), show of dancing fountains, Oceanarium and amusement Park, complete with slot machines and many others, all free of charge for hotel guests! Were in this hotel in July 2008 the Hotel is really very nice. Great location on the island, beach, however somehow on the beach of the people is not a lot. Anytime there is a free sunbeds on the beach and by the pool. Friendly smiling staff. Their star hotel justifies fully. The truth rather high prices in restaurants are very friendly, good enough for any taste) and in the SPA. In SPA: massage + facial massage with mask cost $71 us, three hours, the whole procedure lasted. Foot massage 24 $ for 1 hour, facial massage 41$ 1.5 hours. In the city and restaurants are much cheaper and found a nice massage salon with Russian-speaking owner. Rates: вьетрамский massage 90 min. — 8$, four hands massage — 90 min — 16$, basic facial 90 minutes — $ 7 us. Everything else is much cheaper and do better than a hotel.
