We stayed in this hotel for the second time, but not out of comfort, but due to the fact that we could only choose this one at an adequate price. The rooms are tired but tolerated. No balcony. The deluxe overlooks the sea. Breakfast is average. The pool is always open, but in order to get to climb through the fences, you feel like a criminal. What saves this hotel is the location in the center of the European quarter. The staff is not accommodating, there is a speaking Vietnamese. First time there were cockroaches, second time only ants.

We would like to thank the owners of the «Sun City Hotel» for the friendly, courteous, caring staff of the «Sun City Hotel»! Unfortunately, we would also like to draw the attention of the owners of the «Sun City Hotel» to the security officer Lê Minh Hiếu. This employee is almost constantly sitting on the pedestal at the entrance staircase to the «Sun City Hotel», playing in the Smartphone and constantly smoking one cigarette after another, resulting in guests entering and leaving the «Sun City Hotel», guests staying in the lobby «Sun City Hotel» (and among them many children) are forced to constantly inhale the toxic tobacco smoke produced by this employee! This employee is very not polite (never welcomes guests of the «Sun City Hotel»), admits a boorish attitude to the guests of the «Sun City Hotel». We witnessed how this employee literally grabbed the guest of the «Sun City Hotel» — elderly gentleman by the hand and pushed the hotel guest — elderly gentleman out of the elevator! It's unprecedented! Summary: it is obvious that this employee must be immediately dismissed!

The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was very bad. But then used to, in the room only slept. The street where the hotel is located is very narrow, but there is everything! Cafes, restaurants, shops, travel agencies, currency exchange, massage salons, etc. Everything is close by, very convenient. And the city center!

The room was clean and the breakfast was 1402. The room with a window emerging on the sea is visible lotus. On the 15th floor kitchen, breakfasts very good start at 6.30 and up to 10. The hotel is in a quiet side street just behind the first line, here are several inexpensive cafes, massage salons and shops very convenient. The sea is literally a few steps away. On the roof of the hotel pool lovely observation deck visible waterfront at night glows pennant is very beautiful, in the morning about 5 hours of Vietnamese do the charging by the sea can not even go down to the sea all perfectly visible from the pool, the pool is open 24 hours. The hotel staff is polite and attentive. The photo on the site of the hotel corresponds to reality.

Cheap and good for stay. It is best choice for many gay who is not more money.

Overall the hotel is decent. Clean and tidy. When well, when not very. Nothing At the end of the rest already tired.

The room can only be taken by deluxe and sea view. Cleaning is bad. The staff tries to rip off the money for any speck. The bar is paid. But there are advantages (small) — the safe is free; showers and bathrooms are updated every day. The first line is expensive, prices are on average twice as expensive as the third, but close to the sea (although you still have to be able to cross the road)

The hotel is very decent for 3 degrees All within walking distance. Near the sea. You can see it from the window. It's a great hotel!

Polite hotel workers. It's delicious. Breakfast is a buffet. They're clean. Every day put two toothbrushes and two pastes, cotton buds, shampoo and shower gel — Lavender, comb, shower cap, two bottles of water. In the New Year we congratulated all holidaymakers with a bottle of red wine from Dalata! THANK YOU very much for the attention! All the fun in walking distance. Bus stop 4 is near. I didn't see any animals and insects in the hotel.

Very friendly staff. I had a nice room with a fantastic view. The breakfast was the best I had in Vietnam. Only cold water in the shower did bother me a little bit, but not enough to not give my stay a fiver.

Bad hotel. The cockroaches of the murovyi and all the insects are all in this hotel. They come in there and clean up the garbage and dirt. But the web is everywhere. The worst thing that happens there is at night. At night I heard some sound from the ceiling I thought it was other hotel residents… There were rats running between the two rooms every night. By the way it was not only with our room there was a problem, other tenants also complained. This is not the worst hotel. I only liked the fact that the hotel staff is good. The hotel is not recommended.

The hotel is well located in the city centre near the beach and close to several restaurants. The first day we had to change rooms three times for any kind of reason. The toilet seat was not fixed, the TV was not working, all the electrical outlets were broken. Can't recharge a phone. The stay was very badly started. Workers were working to redo the steel stair ramp. At 9 o'clock in the morning they cut pieces of metal with an abrasive saw and then fixed them with the help of electric welding. We had a hell of a noise and the toxic blue cloud of welding. I was forced to Peter a lead to change rooms. The rooms are very small and the cleanliness is poor. The corridors are not cleaned and would be due for a new paint like the rooms elsewhere. Twice I had to call or go to the front desk as the maid had not passed and it was already 4:00 pm or she had forgotten to leave SOAP and toilet paper. The lunch included is always the same. Very few choices and far from good. The coffee is black as charcoal, much too strong and always cold. In my opinion the coffeemakers have never been washed. Every day they can find the same mixes in the same place. It's like Groundhog Day. The tables are greasy and poorly washed as well as the floor. In summary it is dirty everywhere.

A Good option for a relatively small money. Breakfast Buffet is not a very rich choice, but for your money will go. Every Day we change towels. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle in the room.

I stayed 5 nights in this apparently 3 stars hotel but is far away from it. The Hotel entry is located in an alley. During the check-in I discovered that they will keep my passport and after I asked to give me back they told me I must pay 1.000US$ in cash instead of the typical caution on the Credit Card. The best in this hotel was the room. Very spacious and fortunately an interior room. Fortunately because the road is very crowded and even during the night there were lots of cars honking all the time. The breakfast was ok but the hygienic conditions were a bit bad. First of all the waitresses were smoking inside the breakfast room and even the cooker was smoking and handling the food at the same time. The employees were always at the mobile phone, didn’t speak English and most of them didn’t say just a simple Hi! The pool area was also very dirty.

The staff were very friendly and hearty. Cleaned every day. The Window is true in the wall of another house, but there. The rooftop pool is nice, with a beautiful view of the sea. Near The hotel there is anything including the night market.
No questions would stay here again.

I rated 2 stars of a 3 stars hotel. The hotel near the center (good point). It locates in a small road but taxi still can go inside to pick you up. The room is ok for a 2 stars hotel, it does not look like new or clean as photo. Their bike service is suck, the bike is old (my husband had an accident because the brake wasn’t sharp enough when he made a stop even he requested a new bike with extra pay but that all they have) and their helmets are stinky and dirty. The price is fine about $30/ a night for 2 people (extra charge $10+ 1 person). The breakfast are on 15 floor on top, it has a good view. The food is ok, coffee is worse.

Close to beach Shopping centre and facilities in walking distance Service was alright, the initial room we were assigned to was stained by a smoking scent, room attendants tried covering it with air refreshener They gladly changed our room which then smelt of mould. We requested for a car service to the airport which was quoted 250k Upon check out we were charged 350K Apparently there was a 100k service fee for "tet/new year" period.

This hotel has a good location. Right on the corner minimarket, beach across the road, views are mostly or on the sea or on a busy street. In walking distance to great cafes, the fruit, the offices of the city and the night market. For a few $ cab ride to any supermarket and shopping center. Not the most luxurious but quite edible Breakfast at the buffet, there is something to choose. Clean clean. But the hotel has cockroaches… the pool on the roof. Small and not the most beautiful, but the fact of its existence is still good. There are Vietnamese employee tolerably speaking in Russian. Well, judging by the reviews and observations during the eviction bring all soiled towels or linens and offer to pay for dry cleaning. They brought us towels that we just dripped juice mango. We washed them ourselves in the sink and did not pay.

What a horror. We though Deluxe, one large window, all flows, all the rest we got was rain, so we have the whole room was flooded. On the sill of water on the floor water. Nowhere things to do… even I don't understand how the hotel put three! A few days ago, heavy rain poured down, so the water flooded even the Elevator (thank God that we have 2 lifts)
Slightly soiled sheets, and they are cleaned every day, so they made us money for the dry cleaning to pay! We they still have something! But we do wash out and they said "ok no problem"

Couldn't ask for more! Great location, right off the main street of Nha Trang beach. Restaurants, Bars and everything you need are within 15 minutes walking distance. Room is very clean and well furnish with beautiful sea view. Staff are professional, honest, informative and friendly. Just can not say enough great thing about them (Excellent management). Good price for three star hotel, excellent hotel for your money. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend to everyone. Room Tip: Great location, good price for three star hotel, very clean and excellent services!

Excellent condition, Good service and friendly.

Just chilling, Seaview is a white wall Rest hotel, superior single room is a small room where there is a flat screen TV and very small bed, bathroom and locker room, not where there is a toilet and sink, shower, too, have a shower, but is simply a hose. Wai fai are very slow. All photos of booking is not true. Solid Photoshop.

Good not expensive hotel, only in the morning, construction wakes and all is well. Anywhere file by hand.
