His side book a room at the Sheraton, but because of some objective reasons that wrong day… Most of the Hotel quality 4 ⭐️ and 5 ⭐️ in Nha Trang fire room, however Team support booking Sheraton very flexible, enthusiastic and have arranged to take 3 room for his house (From Deluxe ocean view luxury penthouse with unit price does not change). Love the Sheraton so much! 😍😍😍!

I stayed with Sheraton Nha Trang for 2 nights. What a lovely place. Excellent location. Very friendly staff, great customer service and good options for food. The view from the 28th floor bar is breathtaking. Special mention of Chef Sameer Khan who made amazing omelette for me for the breakfast. I am certainly coming back here.

The staff extremely great no only services but the care in detail. I been in Vietnam 14years, this is my best experience. I used to work in 5star hotel I do love my this job… and I see the great work given by Sheraton nha trang. Only 4-5 staff handling the front service of over 200 seat breakfast from welcoming guest to cleaning. I only write complain but today I write appreciation review

Great hotel one of the best at nha trang. Each and every staff is warm, smiling, hospitable and going all out to help. Amazing breakfast speed, great restaurants finest view. The view from 25th floor Club Lounge and 28th floor Altitude Bar is fantastic. Few incredible staff we met with mentioning Chef Samer Khan serve awesome Indian Delicacies at Fest Restaurant on 1st floor. F&B Director Suyansh Kumar leaves no stone unturned to satisfy guest and Club Lounge Staff Ms. Miley Loc Luu I have never met someone as courteous as her. We are taking Great Memories with us to return again.

Don't expect like a 5stars hotel service. They didn't explain about hotel and facilities when I checked in. They even didn't check basic booking information things. So I went to front desk to ask something. But, they seemed that don't wanna be bothered. Not that kind. I was disappointed about their service. I hope their service is getting better.

Nice view hotel with a cozy room on 19th floor. The breakfast was really good. I could enjoy it a lot. However, they did not serve all the services for customers and we had to wait for a long time just for some poor services such as laundry, getting new towels or cleaning services. Besides, the staff next to the beach wasn't hospitality when we're asking him using the umbrella and chairs on the beach. He did not mention us about the level of the sea, it's dangerous if you want to swim around 1pm. The bar near the swimming pool was not available to serve the customers.

Nice hotel, good service, staff is so helpful, food with many options, clean rooms and pool. It is a sprawling beach resort perched on the edge of Nha Trang Bay on Vietnam’s south-east coast. For those holidaymakers who want a bit of city life with their beach getaway, the Sheraton Nha Trang offers luxury shopping, nightlife a mix of local and high class international dining options and, of course, palm-fringed beaches. Nha Trang is regarded as one of the world’s most beautiful bays.

I enjoyed my stay here very much largely due to the warm services from the hotel crew making up for the dismal weather in Nha Trang! Every room has an ocean view so that was absolutely fantastic! We were also sufficiently high up to enjoy the vista from our balcony. The rooms are spacious and clean. Room service was very efficient. I tried their spa and spent a lot of time using the whirlpool and steam room when it is pouring outside. No complaints from me as the facilities are quite good! Kudos to the hotel crew for their warm services and ability to accommodate my requests.

Hotel is strategically located. View from hotel is good. Like the balcony equipped with clothes rack for hanging washed clothes. Weather is very hot. So the bathroom with the powerful shower heads made lots of difference after returning from each outing. Plus availability of bath salt and sponge for use is great! Lights from within the basin top are beautiful. However, tap on the basin needs improvement. It is too high and not adjustable (turning to right and left) The tap makes brushing teeth and spitting difficult while bending. All towels are clean and white. Very good. Maybe the elevators can be installed with air freshner to remove body odor. A little stuffy too. Entrance of hotel lobby too can welcome guests with some aromatic air freshner. Pastries like waffles, croissants, etc. Are not nice to eat if breakfast is taken after 9.30am. But fruit juice corner for self made juice is my favorite. Most hotel staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Pleasant stay for us.

Great service, great location, great food options. The staff are absolutely the best, they are so accommodating and made sure my stay is as enjoyable as possible. I took advantage of the airport transfer and it was very easy to get to the hotel. The tour desk offers a lot of options to fill up the day, but the price is on the heavier side. That said there are other options nearby that offers tours. The hotel room itself is clean but does show its age. I had some issue with the AC but the staff promptly resolved it. Overall great rooms. The hotel's rooftop bar is amazing and is a must see, they offer 1 for 1 drinks up until 10 PM. Best place to wind down the day and enjoy the view while sipping on a delicious cocktail or two. The hotel offers several restaurants and a very good selection for breakfast. They had everything from DIY juice stations to Banh Mi to Pho soup, they even had sushi! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great place to relax while in Nha Trang.

Fabulous, modern hotel with very welcoming staff. Great amenities such as the pool, large spa, cooking school and a well set up gym. Rooftop bar with a nice view over the beach. Lounge staff was in particularly attentive (noticing my diet restrictions and preparing a separate meal every day). Breakfast buffet was a highlight! Overall, we had a great time here and were lucky to meet Executive Chef Duncan, who personally ensured nothing was amiss during our stay.

They really care about their guests here. Every staff member is genuinely kind and incredibly helpful! The beach attendant once called security to walk us back to the hotel across the street, because although there is a crosswalk the traffic was heavy. Just really impressive. The amenities, including the infinity pool, are all nice as well.

It was cool. Friendly staff. The kitchen is good. But do not report soap, shampoos. Great sauna.

Nice place to stay in when u happen to be in Nha Trang. Strategically located with all happening places around is a decent place to stay in. I found the food and breakfast buffet spread also pretty good. Rooms and the whole property … Reataurents, lobby etc is very good as usual Sheraton standard.

Altitude. Lvl 28.5-11pm. Happy hours everyday 5-7pm. Selected drinks, buy 1 get 1 free. Happy hours value for money. Cocktail Diva Doll was too sweet with mint Syrup. It's better having it without mint Syrup. The salmon bagel was lacking of sour cream. The view in the evening is great. Bring along something to keep you warm. It get very breezy. Enjoy.

Nice hotel in the middle of town on the main road. Beach is across the street. Lots of places to explore within a short distance. The rooftop restaurant and bar offers an excellent view and experience and the food and drinks are good. Pool area is nice and there are games and also a cooking class in the area. When in Nha Trang, I will stay here again.

We stayed here three nights. High class hotel. A good location, friendly staff, very welcoming. The only drawback is that many staff do not speak English, makes communications difficult. Slow service. Fantastic views from the rooftop bar.

Stayed one night, my room was comfortable, sea view, and you have all the equipment needed. Sadly, internet isn't free in your room, unlike most of the less stared hotels in town or coffee shops. You must purchase one of the plans offered. Dinner and breakfast buffets are awesome. Very good quality and the staff is friendly and professional. I you can afford a room, don't hesitate.

I am having a lovely time here at Sheraton Nha Trang. Staffs are all very helpful and accommodating. Facilities are superb! The Altitude rooftop bar is worth visiting and I believe it has become one of the main attractions here in Nha Trang. All in all I am contented with the kind of guest service that Sheraton is giving us. It's a one of kind experience to have spent my birthday here. They know so well how to treat their guest celebrating a special occasion. Kudos to the whole team of Sheraton Nha Trang!

I am having a lovely time here at Sheraton Nha Trang. The room I am in has the magnificent ocean view. Altitude bar is a must see place here in Nha Trang. They have a great guest relation service. They even treated me for a cake because it was my birthday last Saturday. So far I am enjoying my time here.

A great setup. New great stafff they could go to extra mile to arrange the food for vegetarian that to without making faces in 8 days stay no regret good VFM.

Great place. Was in a wide variety of hotels and in different countries. But the Vietnamese Sheraton pleased more than anyone else. A real fi. The staff was very vnemanie and polite.

Great facilities and amenities. Great location. Room had a strong carpet smell though as if it hasn't been vacuumed for a while.

As soon as you walk in it is luxury all the way through. The room was very clean with an amazing view over Nha Trang. The room did have a slight smell of mildew but very subtle. I did not enjoy the pillows as they were feather rather than latex, so they would flatten out by the time you placed your head on the pillow. This is just my preference. The restaurants in the hotel were perfection. The buffet breakfast and dinners at Feast were to die for. So much to choose from and deliciously cooked. Steam and spice set menu was also mouthwatering and the duck heavenly. Altitude Bar was a great place to unwind from the day and have a cocktail or beer with a beautiful view of the city. The food here was also amazing. The swimming pool has a great section for the kids to play in shallow water and the infinity pool is breathtaking from Level 6. They offer cooking school — highly recommended it to learn how to cook vietnamese food and would advise not to have a big breakfast as you also eat what you cook. The spa was also lovely. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Overall I had an amazing experience in the Sheraton.

Nice hotel with a delicious restaurant.

Everything good, especially breakfast. But the Wi-Fi is very poor. Not anyone know how to access the Wi-Fi. I lived in room 1002, when I go to the rest room, the Wi-Fi cant load anymore. My friend is agree with me bout this problem. Secondly, why do the reception do not keep the room key? We go out so we afraid lose our key. There is no reason to refuse us. Finally, most of the good to play billard was broken.

Suggest! Breakfast is good, the beach is clean, towels the receptionist give Wi-fi a good 10 floor!

A very convenient location. Everything is close: bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, currency exchange. The hotel has a pool that is sooo convenient. At any time you can swim. BUT it would be great if in the tub, hung up the curtain. The spray in all directions.

I came on the tour in Anex advertising bar on 28 floor Mall here hookah all business. As a result, Hookah cost 800 r around, but he was on the corner of selitrovom and Sam hookah home primitive … shorter sucks.

Excellent hotel. The stuff is polite and the service is impeccable. The breakfast is good with fine choice. The gym is well equipped and the pool is awesome.

I tried the rooftop bar, it has amazing view. Cocktail are good. The staff is kind but not really fluent in english and at expected level for a 5 stars.

Took 30 minutes to check-in including request for copies of passports and birth certificates. Would not let me checkin at front desk and instead shuffle me to the club lounge but would not grant club lounge access despite gold spg status and amex business card unless I pay $30 more per person. H at lounge club took personal phone call during checkin process and instead of providing info about the amenities like pool, adventure club, restaurants, cooking school, or fitness center, H focus most of the checkin process trying to upsell breakfast buffet and larger rooms.

I didn't stay there but on the rooftop, there is a nice bar. A cool place to have drinks with a great view and to enjoy your night.

Splurge on a Club Room! Amazing views of the ocean, free breakfast from the lounge or the first floor restaurant, tea in the afternoon, free booze in the evening. The rooftop bar, Altitude, is pretty sweet. The Sheraton in general has a steam room (intense), a sauna (not as intense), and a whirlpool (quite large), and then a large scale pool easily located attached to the hotel, on the 6th floor. Staff are wonderful and speak very good English, can help with directions to both touristy and non-touristy places, and engage in non-hotel banter with you. The rooms have pretty insane bathrooms, plugins for all devices (no converter needed! ), and large television with channels from around the world. Room also comes with a French press and espresso packets! This is definitely one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

Hotel is top class! Great restaurants, general service and wonderful atmosphere. All pictures represent what I saw on July 2013. But if you are looking for a quiet city get away at the beach, then try settling for a hotel farther away outside the city or in Hoi An… The noisy main road lies right on the beach and at the hotel's top side pool area you can still hear some traffic noise. It's ok to relax but then again you spend greater 50$ so why settle for the city? Hotel gets 5 stars, location only 2.

The hotel is quite decent, the staff is nice, the only thing that is not very much so that very few sunbeds! And everything is fine!

I 've eaten several times at that place and ask or a special private dinner to celebrate a personal special event. The service and the realization of my order fits perfectly my expectations. If you are looking for a high quality and strictly selected food from local and international producers with French touch, for an unforgettable moment do not hesitate. The (real) international buffet is absolutely amazing. Cross the continents for place to place : india, Italy, France, Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, … I'm in a hurry to enjoy again a meal at that place, that is the best and most professional welcome of Nha Trang.
