Small rooms but clean & tidy. Good services. Rate Ragalia Hotel itself 5 stars But, Nha Trang beach is not good, dirty with much rubbish in water. Goods & Foods are expensive and people here are not trustworthy.

This place has a bed bug problem — don’t stay here! The staff was friendly / helpful, offered a new room, full refund & did let me use their dryer to put my stuff in to kill the bed bugs. Upon reading past reviews, it appears this problem has been seen by others as well over the past year. I’m posting this bc I would have liked to know before booking here / dealing with making sure my stuff didn’t have bed bugs as a result. A true damper to a vacation.

The hotel lived up to expectations. We had a room on the fourteenth floor. Very light, modern. A little confused shower, because Just separated by a curtain. There was no sublet and water was flowing all over the dressing room. But as it turned out, some rooms had normal showers, in some baths. Cleaned every day, daily change of towels, bottles of drinking water were updated constantly. Breakfast is very decent. Who does not like Asian cuisine, will have breakfast European (pancakes, scrambled eggs). There are no usual yoghurts and curds, but fruit in abundance. Coffee frankly did not like, but it is not problematic. In any cafe you can drink cheaply very tasty. And by the way bought home a good coffee in the store Vietfarm, next to us. Bought straight from roasting very fragrant and undigested as almost everywhere. The sea across the street. You do not have to take paid sunbeds and towels, you can sit on a clean sand. The deposit was not taken, but when leaving the room checked. There were no negative comments throughout the stay to the hotel. The staff are very friendly. I liked everything, I recommend it.

Great location. Good accommodations. Definitely clean and comfortable. The pool is okay, though a bit cold at night. The star I knocked off was because we spent one night without hot water and were promised that someone was coming to fix it half a dozen times. No one did come and we had to shower in the morning. They seem to have a tendency to smile and promise to do something but perhaps the language barrier means, we didn't understand so we will just smile and say yes. Overall, a positive experience.

Did not live up to my expectations at all. Does everything look nowhere near the same as in the photos. Pool area is savvy. The glass breasts is so dirty that you can hardly see through. On the grass carpet everywhere food resistness and tipping. There were no conditions for loungers and were only brought in annoyed after two requests. Towels and bed linen with stains. Shower tray with fire spots. Service is catastrophic. Waiters are totally demotoated and make an annoyed impression. Smile misrepresentation. English proficiency barely available. Breakfast is ok but very loud with Russians and Chinese. Disappointing. I wouldn't recommend further. I don't know how such good reviews could come about …

Overall, the hotel is decent. Cleaned in the rooms regularly, located on the Shore (1 line), but far from the center of the coast (walk 10-15 minutes walk, ie not the center, but convenient). The breakfast is varied, but personally I have nothing to eat: The fruit is served unsavory; All that fried, very greasy, the rest as lucky.
Separately about the staff: neither Russian, nor English majority does not understand. Those who somehow know English, answer with such accent, that words are not disassembled. In general, there were difficulties with communication. And frankly speaking the staff stupid. We got batteries in the safe (Mihal the corresponding light bulb). The room is clean. Breakfast is not the worst, you can eat. It's a good location. The pool on the roof did not like, did not go swimming on it. The beach is clean across the street. Nearby there is a place to eat, shop, etc.

A dirty little hotel, for less money it was possible and in Balcone to settle at least away from the road. The staff is none, the guide Maxim strutting Narcissus. Good place for vacation in a coastal city. Facilities are all new. Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service is 5 stars.

The airconditioners are not cold enough. However，the service is super good.

Good hotel with a great breakfast and good proximity to the beach. It just takes quite long walk to get to some good dining options in Nha Trang but you can always take a taxi.
