➜ We have booked a room in this hotel then we received the confirmation via the internet. The next day, the hotel cancelled the booking on the pretext of work so well that we looked for another hotel. Back with us we reported that we had to pay the room, yet it was not slept, and it was the hotel who cancelled. Fortunately, I had kept all my email for me to justify.
