Nice room with a small balcony. What's not to like? Everything is quite old, linen bed with stains, clean bad-constantly what that hair remains. Breakfasts are bad but good location on 3rd Street. Nice pool (for Vietnam) at the top of the hotel. The staff is not friendly, communicate through the teeth. It's not going to be the second time.

Stayed in April 2018. The hotel is 3 stars and quite corresponds to it. All the advantages listed in the reviews are present, will dwell on the shortcomings. Towels in the room were changed every day, they were dry but not always clean. Once, even with an outsider's smell of fish or something else. Towels for the beach, issued at the reception, almost always with stains. In the room cleaned for a check, the floor washed in a day, under the beds-never. The new sheets were sometimes with the spotted stains. On the last day we found three bottles of rum, bought the day before as a gift. At the reception we "crumpled" something with a suggestion to solve the issue on the next day (transfer to the airport was in 04.25). Called the Coral Hotline, there adequate girl explained everything: Only the police, in a different way to solve. In the end, we decided not to spoil the impression of the rest and just forget (to score)! Let the cunning Vietnamese drink for the health of the Russian tourist!

Good location, good shower, fair price. Good Wi-Fi signal and decent speed. Bags and suitcases were brought up quickly and the deluxe room had sufficient space for its price. First impression is that the room was clean with all standard facilities: airco, minibar, safe, … That is the end of the positive aspects. Bed had bed bugs, breakfast is horrible; better go somewhere else for that in the area. Partially due to Russians stacking 2-3 full plates then leaving more than half, it seemed 50% of the offering is exhausted all the time. Apart from some eggs (queue 10 minutes), nothing for the European or USA breakfast habits. Lots of vegetables, fried rice, pho and a selection of cold meats that didn't look or smell appealing to us. Toast bread: queue another 10 minutes at the toaster. No bacon, sausages, beans, jam… Staff is not particularly friendly, often apathic and are generally very young with a "couldn't care less" attitude. Sound proofing in poor between rooms and room to hallways. Staff knowledge of English is poor to non-existant and the hotel seems attuned to Russians and Chinese. And there lies the final problem; not the hotel but the guests. Loud, drunken russian arguments at 2am in the hallways, Chinese kids screaming yelling and banging on other rooms door s at 6 am.

Nice hotel, adequate to the stars, in the center, the sea is close by, a lot of restaurants and cafes, near the exchanger on the corner, near the shop Sapphire, where 2-3 times cheaper than on a sightseeing tour, near the Russian Information center. The hotel has a dining room and restaurant, floor rental and parking, 10jetazhe a small pool with sunbeds, spa, fitness room, dry cleaning. There are rooms without windows, balconies. Ubirajutsja. The room has a kettle, a safe, a fridge very small. Breakfast class from 6-10 am. On the reception desk give beach towels under the painting. I liked the hotel very much.

The view from the window no, and everything is super. Clean, everything is relatively new. Stylish. Fed for slaughter) is Near many shops and cafes. To the sea 10-15 minutes on foot.

Staff were friendly. Kudos reception aand litchen. Very helpful.
Daily buffet breakfast was excellent. Noodles soup, breads and accompaniements, rolls, fruits, hot meals, salads, cold cuts, etc. Menu changed eàch day.
Room cleaniness is not to die for. Only towels are changed very day. Glasses are not. Disappointed in that. Rooftop swimming pool. Overall I loved my stay.

We were supposedly to check in to this hotel, but due to maintainenec work, they had to move us to Barcelona Hotel. Great and friendly staff.

It is a decent hotel. But it is not as nice as it look while booking. Reception staff was very serviceminded And nice. Rooms was not soundproof at all. Lots of Noice from outside and from neighbours. Cleaning was good. Breakfast was really bad. Also most of the Breakfast sraff was very arrogant and unfriendly. You had to ask multiple if a food station was empty.

It's a nice hotel. A very nice and varied breakfast menu. High-quality waifai all over the hotel.

Vacationing in early January 2016. In General, normal, corresponds to 3 stars. Cleaned every day, not always efficiently, and often forgot to report the shower gel, had to go ask. The walls are thin, can hear neighbors and everything that happens in the hallway. Breakfast is not very varied, for children practically nothing. The pool on the 10th floor, the water is always cold, not very nice to swim after 10:00 and to sunset at the pool there.

New, modern, clean, pool, spa, good massage. Close to everything. 1st day is good. More days to go.

Staff are helpful and sincere. Room is clean. Bed is extremely good! Breakfasts includes Vietnamese rice noodles, street food and fruit. Very nice.

For the money very good … room small but quite cosy. Daily Cleaning. Rooftop pool and Spa, where for an adequate amount to get high for an hour on the massage couch. 4-5 min To the sea walk. I recommend!

Overall not bad. Very thin walls — you can hear everything.

Rested early April 2015. The hotel is new. Very even nothing. Great cafe opposite. On the roof of Bassani and small. Sport. Hall. Take a room with a balcony.
