We spent the first 2 nights of our honeymoon at the Mai Chau Ecolodge and it was absolutely wonderful. From the lovely welcome that the friendly staff gave us to the tasty and fresh food. I can’t think of a better way to start our Vietnamese adventure. And then … my surprise. My lovely husband had been conspiring with the hotel to arrange a wonderful evening for me. We dined in the middle of the paddy fields. Surrounded by flowers and music and candles. It was t…he perfect start to our honeymoon and our life together. There is nothing I would change about this visit and am hoping we will come back one day. Xxx.

Eco Lodge of good standard where I would stay again… located in the rural areas of North Vietnam not many miles from the capital Hanoi. The rooms immersed in nature are very well kept and clean and furnished in rustic style but very pleasant. In front of the restaurant and reception structure opens the park with swimming pool for a very suggestive glance towards the green hills surrounding.

Amazing place, wonderful both for the scenery and for the care of the green and the services in general. A beautiful experience with views of rice paddies. Great pool for everyone and small private pool for the Deluxe room. Great restaurant. Recommended.

A wonderful hotel to stay in the country side or villiage. You will never imagine you can find such a beautiful hotel in the middle of a padi field village. Awesome is the word. It is a bit cold at this time of the year but I was told the best time to stay here is in Sep and Oct.

Exceptional Structure, beautiful and of great luxury that faces directly on the rice fields of Mai Chau. Beautiful rooms divided into bungalows, with every comfort and wonderful bathrooms with wooden bathtub courteous staff all locally sourced, great Wi-Fi. A perfectly organized and working SPA. The food service is Great too.

The rooms are of traditional Vietnamese style hotel which might surprise westerners. However, the services and guides are excellent and will easily welcome people who are not used to this style of hotel.

Beautiful area with very comfortable accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff. Food was very good and each night there was local dancing performed by the staff after dinner. Would recommend.

Stunning location, spacious and comfortable rooms. Service is very good even though staff speak somewhat limited English they are absolutely lovely.

I only went there to get some information but from what I could see the place is absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool look so nice.

Excellent lodge. I love the food, area and the room as well. Experienced the local cultural dance, which were fantastic. I got the vegetarian food varieties there, excellent. Swimming pool is great. I would say the service is fantastic. You feel local there, go around nearby places walking or cycling. I guarantee you will love this.

I called ahead to see if we could use their pool as non guests. They said that if we have lunch there then they could let us use their pool. We came, had lunch and paid for lunch then they changed the policy and said it would be 200k VND per person. I have no problem if they said up front that there's a charge but to change the rules after we paid is not cool. Restaurant was great, restaurant staff super friendly and the views are amazing. However, good service is when you stick to your promises.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was wonderful. The room was lovely and the huge round bathtub was awesome. The food was really good in the restaurant and we could borrow bike to cycle around the fields and villages.

I spent just one night there and it was lovely. They took great care of the details of our trip, such as a special breakfast request for our new born kid. Breakfast and culture show are awesome. Expect horrible mosquito.
