Location to alot of main attractions is great, we had the 2 bedroom apartments on 3 separate occasions and liked the space, comfortable beds and presentation of the rooms. Everything was spotless clean. The staff here really make the place they were the most friendliest and helpful people we came to meet in our family's travels. I would not stay anywhere else but here in the future.

I got the free upgrade to 2 bed sweet room. Location is not central but walking distance to main street or famous place. Bfast is simple menu which is good for me.

This is the best family long stay hotel in the city. Close to Bến Thành Market and other shops with plenty to do and many good restaurants near buy. The rooms are fully serviced with a full kitchen and most importantly a clothes washing machine. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. Our AC broke down and was fixed in 30 minutes. The only thing missing from this place is an in-house restaurant and room service. The other Somerset property is better but further from the action. Overall a great hotel and my preferred stay in Saigon.

Well located, we had a small kitchen and a washing machine. So perfect for stays of more than a few days.

I had a truly amazing stay here. It feels like home but much more better. Friendly and helpful staff too. Will definitely come again.

Fully fledged serviced apartments. 24hr reception. Got a free upgrade to a double executive, which had all the amenities I could hope for. The washing machine/dryer with complimentary laundry detergent came in handy. The TV systems were old but had the standard package of cable channels. One of the lifts doesn't take you up to your floor after hours, but readily opens for you anyways — was the only real nuisance of our stay. When we contacted them about a lift from the airport they offered an insanely expensive package (650k vnd, one way). Don't bother taking this option — a taxi is easily a quarter of the price! Just go to the taxi rank at the airport, ignore the people asking you where you're going / pushing you to a specific taxi. Get in the smallest cab that fits your party, tell/show driver where you need to go. Request the ride be put on the meter — if you agree to a price beforehand it often comes to twice as much as it would've ended up being on the meter (though it has the benefit of the driver not taking you for a ride around town to get the fare up). If you don't want to be taken on a scenic route, point out you have gps and don't be afraid to guide them if you know the directions. That said, the scenic route is still pretty cheap (~140k vnd).

Past its best, but well maintained & has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our two bedroom apartment on 17th floor kept the street noise at bay & gave us a birds-eye view of Saigon. In-building convenience store was well stocked with a variety of goods & the coffee shop beside it gave us our morning hit before exploring the city. Good for families.

Excellent place for vacation with family… Not too hectic with heavy traffic and can have a peace of mind while enjoying the scenic views.

Good place. Location not too bad 10min walk from notre dame. Very clean, service is good. If only they offer PowerPoint plug nearer the bed and was more robust with providing soap and shampoo.

Good place to rest and useful to move around HCMC. Beside of very low speed Wi-Fi and very small Sauna, service is good.

If you get cheated by the nice pictures are provided by its website, it means you (yes, same like me and my husband) are really naive. Why I am so mean to this hotel, I am not a mean person but the hotel make me. We trust the pictures on website so we book it like our years resident place in HCMC and then guess what? Please see the pictures I post. What should I say? The lobby boys are really nice and friendly, the reception stuff are extremely not professional and slow service. And you pay like 250 USD, you get the super moldy apartment, super dirty clothes washing machine, different color wall (because they keep repainting everything to cover the moldy issues) and all dirty air purify/humidifiers. After they " fix" everything, they just do super surface cleaning. Yes, this is the truth of this 444 star hotel you will live.

Apartments here are nice. Good for tourists. We took it for the location, value for money. The rooms have options for a washer and dryer. Convenience store on the ground floor provides all essential needs.

The good: Nice, clean comfortable rooms. Great air-conditioning which is important given the heat. Service is efficient and unobtrusive. Reasonably fast internet access. The bad: Noise from street traffic. Rooms are showing their age. Annoyingly inconsistent door keycards.

Lived here a happy life for two years and was taken care by excellent staff in every Department from sales to front office to house keeping to laundry. Thanks for that. When in Saigon in the future, will stay here again.
