One of the best Hotels I have stayed at. The spa was absolutely amazing and the hot stone massage is absolutely top notch. The food both beautifully prepared, tasty and also decent prices. The breakfast was a great mix that could easily satisfy a number of different tastebuds. I would definitely go back again. The beds were ever so comfortable, the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Love the Japanese toilet and the bathtub! A memorable stay that I strongly recommend.

Great hotel. Stayed in an executive suite room was amazing. Great little extras in the hotel too, free afternoon tea little canapes was nice. Rooftop pool hot side cold side. Great staff always there to help. If we come back would definitely stay here or try one of the other in the chain.

Bra spa, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Alla pratade bra engelska. I distrikt 1, nära till Centrum och sevärdheter. Stora fina rum, spa hotell med var vid poolen på taket.

I came here for lunch at the Japanese restaurant at level 2. Lovely place. Good quality food at reasonable price.

Lovely hotel, very clean and I had a beautiful room. I enjoyed a cocktail at the rooftop bar where the jacuzzi is but would say that it would be nice for the staff to put the cushions on the chairs because it doesn't look very inviting otherwise which ruins the ambience. The food options at breakfast and dinner were lovely.

Street View window for the full floor, good light but not open, the overall very comfortable, jacuzzi in the first day of stay can not stop water, repair after normal switching water, but pneumatic massage is still invalid. The overall water pressure temperature is comfortable and moderate, good service, breakfast is very rich, rooftop has a cold pool temperature pool, atmosphere excellent leisure.

They alot the rooms that does not charged in their price tag. The room was a nightmare. I will not stay in this hotel again.

I give it 4stars for value, location is good enough, walking distance to the sites and good bars. The site is still busy at 12am but start to tune down earlier than other places in diatrict 1. They have a roof top pool and bar with great views! Enjoy!

Ah the hotel at €200 which hardly arrived tells you that your room has no window… Nothing wrong with you? No worries then you can add €44 for both nights… to have a window.
Then you go up to your room and 15 minutes after your baggage arrives with a young man waiting for you to give him some… 15 minutes? Next time I'll mount them myself.
Then you take a shower… But in fact it is not possible to take a bath or squat in the bathtub otherwise you put water everywhere and the knob does not hold alone… Like in your first student apartment, and prettier anyway, don't mess around. Oh yes, besides there is no cold water in the bathtub.
So after spending 10 minutes crouching I'm looking for a towel to dry and you realize that there is no way to extend the towel… Nowhere except in the bathroom. Yes you read well, we'll extend our towels in the toilet.
Off it's small frustrations, it's still a nice room. But so many things to review at this price… Can't get past the 3 *.

The hotel is nice and well located, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop terrace with pool is really fantastic.
The management should, however, really consider selling their rooms differently without windows, otherwise there are more dissatisfied customers like me. Because I had overlooked this when booking the room description, because in a "deluxe double room" I do not assume that the room has no window. The reception also gave me more or less to understand that this was my problem, they simply pass on their information to the booking platforms, as they call the rooms, is not in their hands. That this is not true, you can see on the attached photo, the hotel has it very well in the hand, as a room on the own website or a booking platform is called. And if this is not obvious, it is in my eyes Bauernfängerei.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that the walls are relatively thin, especially the shower and washing noises from other bathrooms are very noisy. I am sorry to have to give such a bad rating, but for me, a room without windows is not portable and I would have booked for the few euro difference this room never. And then, on the part of the hotel no accommodation to show, has made me even more upset.

Super clean, nice staff, warm welcome and very good and cheap japanese food court.

Colleagues from my ex-Company stayed here and all of them told me they are quite happy with the hotel: clean room, good view, strange design — toilet is just right in front of the bed — but they like it. Walking distance to shop and food places. Le Thanh Ton street is well known with many choices of Japanese restaurants.

Rooms are nice but the lowest prices rooms so not have a window. Doesn't really bother me but something to consider. The tier up from the bottom comes with a Japanese style bidet. Staff is friendly and awesome. Have stayed here on 2 different trips and will be staying again soon. Free buffet had a good selection and afternoon tea time is a nice extra with teas and snacks.

Lovely stylish hotel Japanese vibe with really welcoming and helpful personnel. Fresh and nice breakfast, very central, free afternoon tea with live music. Don't forget to try the rooftop bar and open air jacuzzi!

Great modern Hotel. Class room everything is clean. Unfortunately, the fitness area is not really usable. The Sushi Restaurant is a must visit…

立地は日本人街の真ん中でよい。日本語ができるスタッフもいる。 真ん中のグレードの部屋に泊まった。窓があるということでこちらにしたのだが、窓とは名ばかりで煙突の真下に窓がある感じで景色は楽しめない。室内も浴室と寝室が仕切りがなく、浴室も使い辛い。ジャグジーなのは評価点か。トイレはウォシュレット付きのTOTOのやつで馴染み深い。 朝食はバイキングで、安心して食べられるがそこまで美味しくない。ご飯と味噌汁がある。

Excellent hotel. An oasis in a hectic city. Beautiful pool and rooftop. Excellent Spa. Great breakfast selection.

Very good facilities and staff… fantastic free breakfast brunch. Rooftop warm jacuzzi. Cons just that the Rooms are a little small and have NO windows so suffocating.

Make sure your reservation is transferable in case something comes up and you can't make your trip as they will NOT refund your money nor allow you to transfer your reservation to another person's name… so enjoy your free money Silverland as I will not be staying there on my next trip coming through. I understand this is partially my fault but circumstances come up and when you give them 2 months advance notice, you think they may attempt to help you.

Great hotel! Amazing showers and toilets. Very clean and in a great part of town. Friendly staff and constantly delivered fresh waters to the room.

Excellent hotel! Couldn't recommend this hotel anymore! staff, reception, rooms, breakfast everything was perfect! We even got an upgrade and I was given a little present from the manager seen as it was my birthday! Apart from that I couldn't fault it it's definitely the nicest hotel Iv stayed in, and Iv stayed in a lot! Afternoon tea was delicious and you could help yourself. The roof top was lovely! Nice jacuzzi, yes it's not a pool and there isn't much gym equipment but some people just love complaining and there the very people who wouldn't use the gym or the pool! Overall excellent from the smell to the atmosphere to comfort! We will return!

One of the best places we have ever stayed. Staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't be more attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was exceptional and very comfortable. Perfect location within easy walking distance to places of interest. The roof top bar is a must. A late afternoon dip in the pool with a cocktail is a treat. The afternoon tea with local music on weekends was a highlight. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Definitely made our stay in Saigon more enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you A.

Our stay was ruined by rude and unpleasant staff. The room was fine. The breakfast was pretty poor: bland and odd mix of Vietnamese and European cuisine. But it was the staff's attitude that ruined our stay. When we checked in we asked if we could get a shower after we had checked out as we were flying back in the evening. We were told we could. We were directed to the showers by the pool on the roof. This wasn't ideal when it was 34 degrees up there with no air con. But the showers were also filthy dirty and covered in mould when we got up there. My girlfriend went down to reception to ask if there was somewhere else to shower as the showers weren't clean. They literally laughed at her and told her that they were clean. So I went over and said that you can't expect people to use those showers for anything but a rinse after a swim. They told me that the showers were clean and they wouldn't do anything more. So I went up, took pictures and came down to show them to reception. They then admitted they weren't clean but that there were other showers up there which were clean. So I went back up, photographed the other ones and showed the reception that they weren't clean either. The person on the desk then said there was nothing more they can do and laughed at my suggestion that they could clean them. I asked if there was a spare room we could use to shower. He said there wasn't. So I checked on the hotel's website and showed him that they did have availability.

Very nice hotel in district 1 in Ho Chi Minh. The staff is really attentive and the hotel is very attractive. They offer breakfast and afternoon tea. There is also a Japanese restaurant in the hotel and the bar next to the roof top pool/jacuzzi. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Our room had the bed at a different floor from the bathroom. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a shower room. It looks like you're entering a new world compared to what is going on outside.

Hotel four star, friendly staff and very clean nice room with or without window. Location is very good only 0, 6 km from the super Center. Only downside the pool is small. The street is very friendly and lively with many restaurants.

Loved loved the room, loved the service provided by the wonderful people that worked there, loved the breakfast — loved it all. I stayed there the first 3 nights from when I got to Vietnam ended up loving it so much that I stayed for another 2 nights on the back end of my trip lol. Most definitely will be back!

Awesome hotel with distinct a Japanese flavor. The roof top Jacuzzi and bar are the best place to enjoy a dip and 2 for 1 cocktails all day long. Breakfast is casual but nice and the room service menu is a nice mix of Vietnamese, Japanese and Western. To really set this property apart, an affordable red wine in the mini bar would have been great! Rooms are not overly huge but open, large bath tubs in the exec rooms are fabulous! Great locale in district 1 and a nice 10 minute stroll to the famous market.

It's so good and comfortable hotel While I stay there I enjoy my time there.
