What a great find this hotel is! Van the manager of the bar area is so friendly and nice, he always makes you feel that you have just come home! Centrally located and so convenient to everything. You must come here!

Front desk and customer service was great! They were helpful and friendly. Even though it is a 4 star, the rooms and facilities are more 2/3 star as it is quite dated and could be cleaner. Location is very central and you get a good view of the city and easy to walk around. It can get really loud at night as the streets are quite busy so for those who want a peaceful night's rest, would need to think about this.

Best location. There is always something going on and things to see. Friendly staff who will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Fresh bottled water daily. Wonderful breakfast buffet (you have to try the omelette station). Ready to book again tomorrow for the third time. Only advice, the slippers provided are definitely not for poolside use. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Clean and convenient, but I was totally put off when checking out we were accused of breaking a glass… which we hadn’t. On asking housekeeping to show us the broken glass they were either unwilling or unable to produce the allegedly broken item…

Good hotel in a great location in the middle of district one. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and reasonable big. They also have a nice rooftop pool.

Couldn't have found a better place to stay. The staff are wonderful and have bent over backwards to help us. Hotel is clean, great choices for breakfast and the service fantastic. Couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. Thanks for a great stay and a wonderful start to our Vietnam experience.

The hotel is very run down due to the high traffic. Too many tourist since it is very centrally located. If it is for tourist, this is ideal hotel but as a business hotel, I certainly don't recommend it.

Very good location, I highly recommend for visitors to Ho ch Minh.

Top hotel with a spa gym and pool at the top all for a good price. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room, good bedding, good shower. Breafast is international oriented with some national dishes. Good but the same everyday except the soup meal dish which changes daily. Service and staff extremely attentive, helpful and will attend to all your needs. I like the spa, the gym and the pool on the top floor; despite their limited size I can exersize early in the morning or relaxe in the evening before going to bed. If you book a room, particularly with Agoda, beware that some have no windows and breakfast can be not included. Ask well before you book norefundable rooms. If you did you can write to the hotel for change at checkin time by paying more.

Stayed at the Liberty Central recently (a week ago) for a few nights after a business conference. Great location for all the sights. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Roof top pool was nice enough. Food was great. All round good experience, I would definitely stay there again.

Large city centre hotel in Saigon, centrally located. About 15 minutes to the sky deck. Lush buffet… everything your heart desires. We had a huge room, over 40 sqm. Everything very comfortable. Longeecke with TV, large double bed and TV, bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, bidet, WC, 2 washbasins and oversized mirror. On the 10th floor is the pool and the spa area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good.

Everything is perfect, it's even here that we tasted the best Vietnamese meal with the best rice. Very clean rooftop pool with panoramic view of the city (to rest at night) very efficient and enjoyable staff, thanks to them.

Been here for a business trip. Most of their staff can be communicated via English and very helpful towards hotel resident. Their buffet is within expectation with wide range of selection. Hotel cleanliness is 10/10 but lacked in some good soundproofing for room with windows facing the main road. Otherwise it's totally good!

It's a good hotel to stay if you're not expecting much of facilities other than necessities. Rooms are decent, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good enough. However, rooms on the lower floors facing the street may be noisy at night. The rooftop swimming pool and gym are tiny.

Simply lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, well kept and rooms were gorgeous. I highly advise to upgrade to their executive level. Thanks to everyone! Will be back.

Arrived around midnight after long delayed flights, so happy to be at the hotel. We enter the room and it reeks of smoke like it is a dedicated smoking area. And I’m not sensitive to smells, but this was crazy. We open windows, turn on A/C. Doesn’t help, and the A/C doesn’t work either. Call reception, to ask for different room (I travel for business and this is only the second time in my entire career I wanted a different room). Five minutes later, house maintenance shows up, with a spray bottle. I ask what his plan is, and he starts spraying our bed with a heavy-odour spray. I stop him and say this is making it even worse. He then leaves and returns with a maintenance guy and they start disassembling the A/C vents while we’re still here waiting and staring. After a few minutes, he says, “this will take maybe 15-20 minutes okay? ” — we’re knackered and not up for watching them fix this into the morning hours. Once again, I ask if there’s a chance to move us, and after three calls back and forth, we receive new keys. Second room didn’t smell, and while the A/C seems to have trouble in this room, too, we just can’t be bothered moving again.

Giving it 2 stars just because of the satisfactory facilities and clean decor. Service was sub-par and extremely pretentious at best. You can definitely sense that the staff (somehow especially the male staff) from the concierge to the waiting service at the restaurant are being very condescending when speaking to you. They will come and try to clear your plates when you are clearly not finished with your food. It is also appalling that there is no late check out, and the ‘best latest time’ we were given is 12:30pm, any later we would have to pay an additional 30% of the room rate. The booking confirmation also did not make it clear that we had to pay an extra charge for a second person to stay in a reserved double room. We travel very often (at least twice a month) and this is the first time I have experienced an extra charge levied during Check-in for a second person in a double room. Disappointing and will never return.

Great hotel! Helpful staff, nice rooms, even the standard ones, small rooftop swimming pool, inexpensive spa, delicious food in the bar restaurant, neat breakfast. Very close to the city center — 5 min. Walk. Verdict: good value for the money! I would book this one again!

The hotel is good, neat and clean but it does have a few annoying things about the rooms. The bathroom door is a sliding one which is shared by the wardrobe too. Which means that every time you use the loo you have to leave the wardrobe open, which turns on the automatic light in the wardrobe. This can be very irritating if you have to go to the toilet in the night and do not want to disturb the person sharing the room. The shower sends spray all over the bathroom so you end up with a sopping wet bathroom after a shower. The hotel provides two very small bottles of free water. These are 250ml bottles and not sufficient for more than one glass of water. Any extra water is charged at an exorbitant rate. You would be advised to buy your own water from a mini mart or a deli a few meters down the road from the hotel. The rooms are OK but beginning to show wear and tear. The location is good but it is noisy especially if you get a street facing room like we did.

This review rating applies to the bar & lounge only. I haven't seen the accommodation, but would expect it to be good as it is the sister hotel of Liberty central Riverside hotel where I stayed. We stopped by here for a rest & rehydration in their lovely downstairs bar after shopping in the nearby markets. They have great value offerings for happy hour and the seating is very comfortable. The outlook is to an outdoor seating area and to the street.

Good location, at any time can go to Penang market Stroll, room size moderate, dry and wet separation, overall clean and comfortable, breakfast is not a bright eye.

My husband and my self have stayed at this hotel a few times and would not stay at any other hotel. It was unfortunate that I was ill and stayed on for nearly two weeks. The staff are beyond compare, I could not have wished for anymore than I received during my stay, my wish was my command. I want to say a BIG thank you to all the beautiful staff, from the concierge, the beautiful girls in reception, the executive room, cleaners and not to forget the wonderful staff in the dining room and reception. I made so many friends and was sad to have to leave but to you all I send my love and best wishes. Pamela Olive.

Hotel overall is very clean. The beautiful room offer all the basic necessity required. The staffs are friendly and always smiling. I particularly love the rooftop pool which offers a great view. The hotel location is very centralised — Less than a minute walk to Ben Thanh market once exit from hotel on the left, and on the right towards malls and sightseeing. Right in front (more on the left) also many local restaurants to feast on delicious local food. I had a very happy stay there.

No complaints. Clean, spic and span room, just so nice for a solo tour traveler akin me. Enough space for me to move around, equipped with every other things we look forward in a room. Wifi should be hailed, super speed flying. The lobby however a bit cramp, maybe because 24 of us were standing around for the tour guide to sort out our room keys. For smokers, I am not sure if smoking room is available, but sure, there is a balcony on another floor where you can blow your smoke out. Nice way from here, overlooking Ho Chi Minh City.

Great location. Room was high enough to buffer the city noise. Breakfast Buffet was a great start to the day. We walked to all the places we wanted to see.

Center point, near Ben Thanh market where I can go for traditional market. Clean room, low ceiling, food is not good taste, I prefer eat outside instead. Crowded at night, I can go around near hotel for many restaurants.

I'd give this place 3.5* I thought I booked the one on pasteur street. The staff here is nice. The ac didn't get as cold as I'd like. There aren't any irons here.

Staff and receptionist are not polite, room not bell. Cleaner can't understand English. Really uncomfortable.

Certainly nice but very expensive compared to all other hotels we have attended in vietnam with three in the curtains and dirty walls.

Very clean, bright, and great services. Front desk folks are friendly and helpful. The rate is decent for room size, the bed is oversized considering how small the room is. The location is in the heart of Saigon with lots of restaurants and businesses. Few blocks down is Starbucks! ☺️
