Good hostel, staff was great — very nice and helpful! Also provide bikes/jeeps for rent with or without drivers for doing the HaGiang loop. Recommended!
These guys let me stay in the lobby and hang out while waiting for a bus. Good staff.

We booked a sleeper from Ha Giang to Hanoi. We asked them is the sleeper leaves from the bus station, since our hotel was right near it, and they told us it leaves from kiki's house. We took a taxi to kiki's just to realize that there's a bus taking us to the bus station! When we got to the bus statiob the sleeper's driver didn't stop yelling at people since we got off the bus. And since he didn't speak a word in English no one could understand him! It was really frustrating and I would avoid booking that sleeper if I knew it was going to be like this.
