I rented a motorbike for four days to do the Ha Giang loop. The bike was in good condition and the price was fair. The owner is very nice and helpful and speaks good English. The accommodation offered is also very good, both price — and qualitywise. Totally recommended!
The host are really more than kind and helpfull! Very good hotel for the price, good advices for the motor bîkes… Really a perfect place to enjoy ha giang.

Worst experience ever dont rent bikes there! We rented the bike for three days but got charged for four days. I come back to this later. First day bike broke down lost whole afternoon. Finally after I told him we have no time he came in evening to fix our bike. Next day our wheel got broken paid for it (we didn’t even mention that in the end). Third day the other wheel got flat and the other motorcycle broke down. We got a truck for 27€ to go to the place to his brother. There we arrived in the evening we thought he could fix the stuff straight so we count go further because we needed to leave soon at the fourth day… no he said we can pick it up in the morning. Ok we said (but we were already missing our bus in the morning to Hanoi. Whatever). Foirth day we tried to go back with the „repaired“ bikes, one broke down completely after 5 min drive. Ok went back to the brothers place he told us we have to take the bike with the local but and the two other have to drive back. We said ok! Then we arrived at the owners place and here we go… NO MONEY FOR ALL THE TRANSPORTS NOT EVEN THE LAST ONE! Everybody told us we get the money back for the bus back to Ha Giang, the brother and he as well but NOTHING!
