Amazing facilities and staff! We had the apartment, it was so spacious and clean. The whole hotel is so pretty and feels like a spa.

It's just a beautiful place. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. There's an indoor parking lot for your bike, which is not common in many hotels.

It’s a hotel, but I came here for their coffee/drinks area. It’s past the lobby and quite easy to find. I spent a couple hours here working on my laptop and sitting as it was very quiet and peaceful.

I stayed in room 805, a big room with balcony. The hotel itself was fine, laundry price was quite reasonable etc. By far the best feature was the staff.

Hotel located center of town room very nice and clean look modern and good space room I think this very good price is good Receptionist Ms Diem she take good care of us thank you to her very much.

Day 2 here and we have extended our stay. Lovely staff and hotel is amazing.
Rooftop pool is great and breakfast covers all dietary needs.

Hotel lounge and room are clean with ocean view. Traditional Vietnamese lunches are so good, we finished everything. Dinners are also really good.

Amazing rooms and facilities. During our stay, our room was quite spacious and the floor to ceiling window overlooks both the lady buddha and the entire beach shoreline.

I had a wonderful experience at HAIAN. The hotel has a direct view of the Han River and Dragon Bridge, which looks especially beautiful and relaxing at night.

We stayed in two rooms, one Deluxe and one Studio Triple with a Han River view. Both rooms were very nice and clean. The location is excellent and close to many places.

I was surprised to find out that Glomad is a two-star hotel — it’s way better than so many three — and four-star places I’ve stayed at in Vietnam and other parts of the world.

I was here for 1 night and the overall experience was good, undoubtedly. The location was easily accessible by foot or by GRAB (Vietnam's equivalent of Uber) cab service.

We stayed one night. Great location. Lots of restaurants, massage parlours near to the hotel. Han river and market are in walking distance. There is a small Post office too.

OMG I love this place. I bit older but super clean and very presentable! The staff is clean and friendly. Floor 2 is the buffet has a large seating area and the food offered is plentiful.

This beautiful little hotel is one block back from the beach but does have great views over it. The staff are some of the best we have come across since being in Vietnam. So happy and friendly.

A few minutes walk from the beach. Near to many eateries. Room was spacious and bed was clean. + netflix/youtube.

Tucked away in a quiet alley, this place was a great stay. There’s a café downstairs so breakfast is guaranteed. Clean and quiet.

We stayed here for two weeks in the holidays. The breakfast had a lot of variety, we were quite impressed.
There’s fresh soup every morning, from pho to bun bo, and they were quite tasty.

Our family of three visited John Boutique Villa for 2.5 days, and our seven year-old son didn’t want to leave. Shout out to To (Autumn) who was one of the friendly workers there.

Amazing place to stay, the rooms are very beautiful, super comfy and soft bed. The pool and the area around it is really beautiful.

Stayed here 7-days in March 2026 for the International Marathon event. Good room, service and the breakfast was good every day.

This hotel is pretty nice and better value than the ones immediately facing the ocean. Rooms are spacious, clean and with a good city view.
