Rooms: clean and comfortable.
Breakfast: good.
Pool: the roof area is gorgeous (though a toilet would be useful)
Wifi: Better on the 1st floor, not strong in rooms.
Location: perfect!

Staying for four nights, and it was amazing. Start from the staff who are very friendly, helpful and giving top notch service! They even arrange your tour bookings and the best one.

I had a wonderful stay at Rosabella Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I didn’t hear any noise from neighbors.

Rooms are great. Everything works. One of the few places in danang with a balcony for an acceptable price.
They clean the room daily if necessary and the receptionist is very friendly!

I've stayed at 3 hotels and 2 apartments in Da Nang. Tokyo Hotel was the first one, and I only started really appreciating it after we stayed at other hotels and apartments.

Hotel is not fancy but very practical for an extended stay and economical.

Great low budget hotel near My Khe and My Anh beaches. Really great breakfast included. Would stay again when we return to Da Nang. Staff very friendly, bed a little stiff.

Have taken a star from the room due to the bathroom being such a poor design. There is a big gap between the bath and wall, also between shower glass and bath.

SGD50 per night with one King size bed and a balcony. Only 12 mins away from the Da Nang airport. The hotel receptionist (on night shift) speaks perfect English and she’s super polite.

The room was clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The captain even proactively shared useful tips on nearby places to visit and eat.

Spacious, clean, quiet and lovely interior. Room rate a bit expensive without including breakfast… And not much choice 'a la carte '. However, we enjoyed our staying. We would return.

Spent 8 nights here. Staff is wonderful, very helpful. Always smiling. The room was the perfect size. I did use the pool which has a nice view. But the windy weather made it pretty cool.

Tucked away in a small alley, this hotel is an absolute gem.

Will give 5 stars if the bathroom hot water is sufficient to fill in the bath tub. It went from hot to cold water half way filling the bath tub.
