Friendly staff, easy access to attraction with hotel assisted transport. Love the day n night river view from room and rooftop bar.

Interior is going down! Water leak from many toilets, some room smelly although it is not smoking room!

Plus point: nice location, good view, esp the bar at level 11. Minus point1: Really need to check through the room when check in! Esp the spot like underlying bedsheet etc, those that may not be so obvious. Kena the bedsheet got stains n didnt check during check in, and have to pay ~30USD just for bedsheets (Originally asked for more) during checkout. Feeling disgusting like eating a fly but no choice. Really ruined my holiday mood. Minus Point2: front desk not good with english.

Nice clean room. Free one way shuttle to a number of locations in Da Nang. Free return shuttle to Hoi An but limited space, need to book ahead. (Was full for both days we were there. ) Breakfast buffet offers a good selection of local food. Comes with one authentic Vietnamese coffee. Free pho with a night view is a plus.

The hotel it self is very nice. But the service is one of the worse for a 4 star hotel. Very disappointed and will be the first and last time that I will be staying at this hotel.

Stayed for two nights, service was good, especially when I had dinner at the restaurant on 25-12-2017, the girl with long hair was very nice. Offers shampoo bar and free pho, my room comes with a huge bathroom but the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time but were told that would be ready in 40mins so we walked around the area (not much to see) and then went back but they said another 20mins so after nearly an hour of waiting we finally got into our room. It was roomy and the bathroom was very modern and nice however the room floor was very dirty and I didnt even want to walk around bare foot. There was a lot of hair and dust around in the room and the bathroom. We were only here one night and in the room only to sleep so we didn't bother to complain.

Only 1 years old brand new hotel in low price It was a nice experience to stay here. They were very kind, room was clean, breakfast was also not bad. Especially the view from cafeteria was wonerful. Cons would be the size of room but quite acceptable considering its price I think it is a good choice for those whos flight is late in the night.

very good place that accessible location to the da nang city, clean, cosy, comfortable and so on and so forth.
But most of all, the staffs that work in are very kindly and a warm hospitality.

Stayed in their deluxe double room with city view and it was very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are great, the beds are conformable with firm mattresses, and the view is pretty good for the price. We also took their shuttle bus to Hoi An and it worked out well. The staff are helpful. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent. Nothing spectacular but good for the price since it's included with the room rate. Only downside is there really aren't many places to eat right around the hotel, so if you have a tight schedule, you only really have two options. Overall, though, it was a good hotel stay experience. I'd recommend it if you want something comfortable but don't want to shell out the cash for the Novotel.

A fabulous hotel right on the riverside. My room, a deluxe river view was exactly that, deluxe with a river view where, if I had been there when on I could have relaxed and watched the Da Nang International Firework Festival. That is of course if I was not in the Air Restaurant and Bar which offers great views from the 11th floor and free Pho from 9pm until 11pm. They also offer free trips to Hoi An daily and a shuttle into the city which I used to get back to the railway station when I continued my trip. Both on a first come first served basis. Special mention has to go to Ly Ly and Kieu on reception, super super staff who really go out of their way to make your stay special.

My wife and I stayed at The Blossom City Hotel on 29th April 2017 and we really enjoyed our time there. Ideal location, nice room, friendly staff, good foods and drinks at the bar. You also got several extras for free, including shuttle bus to Hoi An, 30 mins foot massage, buffet for breakfast, pho for supper. Highly recommended!

We stayed here 5 nights and booked river view room which is recommended! The view is absolutely beautiful where you can see the full view from Cau Song Han to Cau Phuoc My. The hotel is spotless. And my oh my — the bathroom with hear-up toilet! So good! The staffs are very friendly and professional. The food are beautiful. The view from the restaurant at night is so lovely.
