It's my first visit, so I don't know, but the staff's kindness and breakfast are the best in class (in my experience).
When I checked out of the Orange Hotel in Da Nang, the desk staff called me over before I could leave. My immediate thought was, "Oh s**t, what did I break and how much is it going to cost? " Instead, they gave me a parting gift for being a valued client. A chunk of stone carved into a cat, the animal of the year of my birth. Carved at Marble Mountain. Then they all posed for a picture with me. That hotel was one of the most unique places I've ever stayed, and the staff were as lovely as you could possibly imagine. If you ever get to Da Nang, consider staying there.
