Good sea view, good breakfast, spacious room.
Reception staffs not very helpful. They treat guests as if we owe them a living. We checked in on the 23rd Dec 2019 at about 10pm and were only given one room access card, even though we have 2 adults and one baby. We asked for another extra key card and they impolitely asked for a reason why do I need it. I told them that I need to charge my phone in the room while I’m out to buy some stuffs and they reluctantly gave it to me. The complementary 2 bottles of mineral water they provided in the room is so small sized, unlike any other hotels that I’ve stayed in. Another issue is that the hotel retained all our passports for the sake of deposit for the stay. They should ask for credit card as a deposit instead of keeping all our passports. It is illegal to keep anyone’s passports or NRIC as a collateral for any unpaid services. There is also no proofs given to us that they are keeping out passports and who is going to be responsible if any of these passports goes missing? I strongly recommend NOT TO STAY in this hotel.
