Restaurant is really big and airy. Menu rich with fair prices. Breakfast excellent with many options. The waitress Hoa was super nice to us and very helpful.
Rooms clean and with balcony.
2 swimming pools are big enough and of course clean as well.
The beach is the top of this resort!

I expect something that is common and usual but to my surprise, its perfect for persons who’s seeking from city scapes.
Me and my family felt the family treatment. It’s cosy, relaxing, quiet, staffs are friendly that almost everyone speaks english well. I mean they have had a high sense of urgency towards guests.
They were systematic in terms of transactions which I really admire.
The only problem I encountered in three nights staying here was… Since it was geographically located in a peninsula nearby sand dunes and hills, with friendly people (staff) around, knowing that it was a province, is… I had hard times to remind my self that I was in an excellent hotel, because I felt treated like a relative that was spending a vacation.

One of the best Resorts in this area. Everything looks well taken care of. Beach is clean and its soft sand until you can swim in the sea, depending on the season sometimes bigger waves. Depending on what you wanna do it's good or bad :). Food is in general OK. Weekend breakfast buffet is pretty good, but because of less customers during the week (corona times) is a bit limited but still sufficient. Check their website for restriction during this period.
All staff is very friendly and their English is much better than in other places which makes life better over there. I can recommend this, hotel very much. Hope soon everything gets back to normal and borders will be open for more guests.

The beach is clean and the water is always great. The pool is very nice also, very big and open until 10. All you can eat breakfast with lots of variety. Great drink options. Lots of spa options at a great price. Massages outside near the beach. Very relaxing. The tailor made me a beautiful dress.

Great resort with great view & great servive.

The staff attitude is very impolite, grumpy to the customers, we go 12 poeples, 6 womens và 6 mans, 8 people ls had registered but another 4 peoples, the tour guide forgot to register, instead of being gentle with customers, the resot even the guards to escort the guests out rather than escort the prisoners. We came here to relax and pay for services, not to ask for free accommodation but to behave so badly. Pandanus does not deserve to be named Resot.

I booked it for the good ratings, but it is too expensive and overrated.
I would recommend other resorts surrounding it. Got the wrong room and with the correction we received a bad room with no view. … Staff was not very committed to solve issues, maybe they had a hard time understanding it During 2 weeks trip the only non-good hotel experience.

Very nice, good food and entertainment. Fast internet with good coverage.

Nice and spacious facilities. Saw some renovations though my bathroom sinks didn't drained, which we reported to housekeeper then nothing happened. Large pool is nice but a little heavy on the chlorine. Plenty of beach mosquitos (local called them 'bo mat') so careful when sitting in a place for too long.

Love this resort so much, especially the landscape around and its services. A great place for friends or family gather together. I will back soon!

Nice resort with large swimming pool and good breakfast. Peaceful and quiet location but get noisy at night because of sound from near by sand dune.

Excellent resort for a family of four. Highly recommended. Beautiful grounds and excellent service and amenities. Gorgeous low rise architecture compliments the beautiful landscaping. Meals were excellent and catered to all tastes. The pool/ beach restaurant was convenient for the boys who wanted quick snacks and drinks. My wife used the on site tailor to have a blouse made using one she brought as a template. We went during a quiet time so it was not busy. Very very relaxing. We will definitely return.

Love our stays at Pandanus Resort Muine. My daughter loves the homemade toast, pancake, crepes with honey and banana and chicken pho. Breakfast is just simply the best. The pool is so large and amazing. Return so many times.

Lovely place. Big clean blossoming territory. Private beach with enough space and beds. Guards are cleaning the beach all the time. Friendly staff (esp. Hanh at the reception). Free shuttle bus (with pre-reservation) to some places (market, Fairy Stream, restaurants etc), walking tour in the morning to the village — must go. Great breakfast. Free bicycle. Red dunes just around the corner. A bunch of cheap restaurants across the street. Taxis are watching outside (we hired one for a few hours ~1M VND to go around to TaCu mountain and other distant places) Cons — beach to the left and right from the hotel is empty and not clean. The sea during our stay was not that clean, with some plastic bags etc (depending on weather). Some mosquitoes in the room when not freezing them with air-con (as usual in resorts in my experience, still hate those).

Beautiful and very well maintained hotel. Even the hotel beach is cleaned every morning from the washed-up rubbish. The all inclusive offer is the best I know so far, even daily 1 hour spa treatments are included here and the food is a la carte.

Was here in the summer of 2017. I have more than 20 countries on my experience. And you know? This is the best staff! And from the staff very much depends! Almost everyone speaks English. Clean and comfortable rooms. Every day new towels and personal hygiene products. Kettle, coffee, sugar, water and tea according to the standard! The rest is for a fee, but not expensive! And also be ready to deposit during the settlement! Just don't Panic! If you do not use the deposit, you will be returned. Everything that has not spent me has returned the next day after departure. And the restaurant is chic and glitter! Orgomnye portions and very very tasty! This is not flattery, believe me a very picky customer. There are flies that can be called unsanitary! But you remember please that this is nature! To sit outdoors with the sun and without insects-such only in films probably. And what a gorgeous driver they have! Super! In his car and charging and water and all that the heart desires! Super Manager! She's just an angel! I was nervous and psychoshaft (I do not know how to klntrolirovat my emotions by 100%), and she does not know what is negative! Now, when I get nervous, I remember her smile and good eyes! I want to congratulate her on the birth of a child! I wish that the baby grew up happy and healthy! more : Good massage-I closed my eyes and opened when I wake! But I do not advise on manicure! Clean well, only with the application of varnish a little trouble. It was a super week!

Were with a travel group at this resort. A beautiful plant that leaves nothing to be desired. Plenty of space, whether by the sea or by the pool. Very tasty breakfast with lots of fruit and warm dishes. Architecturally very appealing. Room comfortable. Prices okay for this level. Opposite are simple places with good dinner, but at the resort it is top notch.

Lovelly hotel and gardends. We have had great stay here. First of all, staff will do anything for you. Any issues are proffesionaly solved and staff is easy to talk to. Souranding gardends are fab! And the rooms are good. We were lucky to stay in small bungalowes and the facilities are great. Swimming pool is great. Generally nations from all different countries. And it comes with lovelly breakfast both europen and vietnamies which I prefere. We are here to try and everything I tried was quality and tasty. Staff around the complex is very friendly and has helped us quite on few occasions. It felt like a home. Beach is ok. Unfortunatelly it will take longer time to look after their enviroment better. (the rest of beach not good) as litres and plastic everywhere. And it spoil the village near by (. Y can borrow a bike and we cycled to the nearest places. It was fun. If y want to relax and sun it is fantastic. Otherwise it could be bit far from other towns. Opposit hotel couple of local restaurants, more on the way to the town, cafee atd. Nothing like Saigon but you are here to relax.

Beautiful resort in Mui Ne. Very open space, reminded me of a Hawaiian resort. Live music almost every night with a great Filipino band. Private beach and large pool. They offer a morning tour of the fishing village which I found voyeuristic. I'd recommend going on your own early in the morning and having breakfast there (seafood, of course). Dinner options are limited in Mui Ne, but Pandanus offers a HUGE menu, albeit at resort prices. I'd stay here again next time.

Beautiful and very spacious grounds. Nice and clean beach. The pool is very nice and the beds are clean and are available in sufficient quantity. The manager is German, therefore also the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet is a hammer where you don't even know where to start. The hotel is very well-recommended.

Nice quiet hotel, large area, clean, pleasant atmosphere. The free morning Shuttle to the market and local attractions Ruchey and in the evening until low places (cafes, shops). Across the road in front of the hotel there is a restaurant where you can taste local dishes.

The Pandamus resort is absolutely recommendable.
A very good service team that really tries to fulfill the wishes of the guests. The resort is located in a well maintained quiet large garden in the midst of a very large pool ~ landscape and well 300 meters of clean fine sandy beach.
The drinks and the offers food/menus are of very good quality and favorable for European conditions.
The breakfast buffet in the Pandamus is fantastic.
We had a bungalow to the sea the perfect Großzügich was furnished, with room service all in… up to the laundry service all in, we flew back with clean suitcases to Germany.
Not to mention the German management there is always a contact person on site. (Achim × × ×-: Thanks for the good care)
A five star holiday all excellent.

We loved the Pandanus hotel. The service staff are very friendly (all Vietnamese are in fact very kind, helpful people, respect the adults, honor with their history) to hotels everywhere clean, do not see and motes when went on excursions were surprised to horror when other holidaymakers with Nearby Hotels said, here we were yesterday seen in our hotels rat large, also with others saying oh we too have seen in our hotels too rats.

Paradise for kite surfers. This also means that it is very windy there. Lots of waves. However, there is a pool that is very nice and invites you to swim. The hotel is nice, the staff very friendly and the food very good and extensive.

Very nice facility. Huge breakfast offer. The room was clean and the bathroom was very comfortable.

The hotel is mostly for foreigners and local people, so there is a small language barrier (English has long been forgotten). Breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is always the same place, the buffet and everything is clear. Dinners are held in different places, there is no common table, there is a limited choice of dishes from the menu, the rest is paid and for the money. Drinks at dinner are not included. But the portions are huge and carb one dish quite.

Lovely place. Staff are friendly. The resort is spotless. Loads of facilities and excusions (a lot of these are free, including yoga, tai chi, in the afternoon, tour of the local fishing village). Pool is massive and they have a large selection for breakfast. Sea is not for everyone as can get a bit choppy (personally I like this though as you can go body boarding etc…) Overall hard to fault!

Beautiful holiday resort with beautiful gardens. Everything is aligned. Very good equipment. Very good food and as everywhere in Vietnam very dear, friendly and courteous staff. Again at any time and the 4 stars is all worth it.

Beautiful, peaceful and lots to do. The best part is the beach. If you are planning to stay there try to book the premium rooms or an individual house. Also ideal for an early morning run by the sea.

Hotel resort up and with beach very nice and clean, but outside of the resort beach dirty, full of garbage and div waste! Not recommended for beach runners. What a pity.

The resort is so big and spacious. Lots of space to enjoy a relaxing stay. The family room is just great. Reception is very friendly too.

I will rate them 10 if I can! This resort is by far the best resort we've ever been! The service is superb! Our room was upgraded FOC! They prepared a complimentary birthday surprise for my friend too! The location is very near the Red Sand Dunes. I have to say that their service is really fantastic! I hope to visit this resort again! Big thanks to Cang and all the resort staffs for making our Mui Ne trip memorable!

One of the best hotels in MUI, Vietnam. It is located in a tropical garden with an area of 10 hectares. The hotel has a lot of choice for guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very relaxing. It's better to take the shuttle to the hotel. (Hotel Airport)

Clean, spacious luxury room. The pool is great. Staff is very polite and responsive. The restaurant is good with a lot of see foods although price is little high (well, after all this is 4 stars, can not complain about this). Highly recommended.

Good Service, my friend had badly traffic accident on the first day I came here. But the services was very good, they take care us everytime we stayed.

We found this hotel by chance because we couldn't find one anywhere else. They offer massage and cooking class voucher for 100k off which is a nice incentive for guests. The price tag is a little steep when it comes to food/drink at the hotel but breakfast is included. I Would suggest getting up early to take advantage of the buffet breakfast. Hotel is amazingly clean and all staff are pleasant and smile when they see you. The Rooms are decorated nicely. We stayed in room right in front of the pool. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because it would have been nice to have been notified about the gala dinner that was happening on Saturday. I unfortunately was sick that evening and the announcements and music was so loud I couldn't rest. Overall I would stay again.

The Hotel is great just what I was looking for, a relax setting. The rooms are nice and super clean the hotel grounds are well maintained full of flowers and greenery. The food at the hotel was good, specially if you are into Vietnamese food; But don't worry they also have standard breakfast with lots of fresh fruits. The hotel is a bit far form town activity but that is not an issue as they have free shuttle busses to take you to town and back. I am giving it a 4 start rating not because of the hotel but because the towns environment; it is crazy cars honking the horn non stop. When I go to a beach resort I like to be there to relax and listening to cars and motorcycles honking is not very relaxing. I have only seen this before in Hainan China and that is why I decided not to book a holiday there again at least hear there were not many (saw one) motorcycles honking while rushing through the beach. Don't get me wrong, the place is lovely the beach is great and the honking is bearable and does not bother you while you are in the hotels grounds. And the best part is that for the most part of the day the beach and pool were empty, from morning to late afternoon we had a hotel for ourselves. I recommend you visiting, bring ear plugs for when you walk around town.

Not for the first time here, still like everything about it.

The resort is nice, quiet, in a green environment, on a small hill with a direct view on the sea from the bungalows. Food is ok, but it is a little bit far from the city centre and you need to take a taxi to go.

The staffs are very friendly and great hospitality. — Price: reasonable for room charge. But I minus 1 point as the food price was very high and I was dispointed with the dinner buffet. Very poor variety of food, worst than the breakfast buffet. — Accessibility: a big far from center. It is great for those who are looking a leisure time with family & buddies.

A nice place, the grounds are well kept and the rooms are nice. The beach is clean (er) compared to neighbouring places. The restaurant/bar offer good service but the food is not especially good and takes too long to cook; including sandwiches etc… Because the place is quite far from town by foot, they also offer free bus service to and back from town.

You can find the only tailor in town here, the average price for a tailored business shirt is around $25. The hotel grounds look amazing, I didn't stay here just came here to visit the tailor, it's a fair distance from the main resort area but they are pretty much opposite the red dunes and they have an activity board of things to see/do while you are visiting Mui Ne which is great and also they offer several activities for guests.

The hotel is very nice with lots of activities such as the huge pool, billiards, tennis etc… the best course hotel of the Viet Nam has been done.

Clean and friendly staff. Very near to the beach, with swimming pool, bar, karaoke and restaurants. The only thing I don't like is the Kids Club is no longer there, only a "so call" open playground. Not very kids friendly.

If you sobereš′sâ in this region, you will not find better service.

An excellent hotel. Russians, Europeans, Chinese, Vietnamese, all in together, a quiet, relaxing holiday. 10 minutes to the Centre by bus. Recommend this hotel! Univers:-).

We booked this hotel online when we were on our way up the coast of vietnam. The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is big and clean. The restaurant is a little expensive and the food is not that good. Across the street from here, there are a few restaurants that have WAY better food and 1/4 the price or less. Be careful of the 'mini bar' in your hotel room. The beers are super expensive, and once you drink them, you cannot just go to the corner store and restock the fridge before you check out. They have "special stickers" on the cans and they will charge you their "special" prices. If you are looking for nightlife and action, don't stay here. It's too far away from all the action. Our room was nice and clean, but it was nothing special. We were WAY happier to stay in town where we rented a cabin on the beach. Which was cheaper and the people were way more friendly. If you wanna be secluded and bored and surrounded by rude ornery russian people, then this hotel is the perfect place for you. If you wanna actually y have fun and meet people, I recommend looking for a place on the main party strip where you can rent a beach bungalow for 40 to 60 dollars a night, thats equally as nice as the ones they have at this resort.
