A small hotel with delicious breakfasts, its coastline. The beach, as well as the sea with garbage, but immediately after cleaning you can swim, for a week cleaned once, I think it is not the fault of the hotel. Cleaned rooms are acceptable, but the floor seems to me not washed once. The pool is just a fairy tale) the room is better taken overlooking the sea, it is quieter and the view is better.

In low season this is very boring place. Sea is very dirty, some services are limited.

We were here in July, in the off season!
Of the pros:
The hotel itself is great! The rooms are spacious, the area is all green, lots of beautiful statues, the staff are moderately friendly.
The hotel has a huge children's area, with slot machines, slides, toys and costs only 130 rubles for the whole day, which helped a lot. Breakfasts are ordinary, sometimes change, but mostly the same, but tasty)
Of the cons:
-no beach, the sea beat directly on the stone shore, which did not allow to be bought
-cold pool
-far from all the traffic, because the Hotel is at the very beginning of the tourist zone, but taxis are not expensive

It's a great hotel. It's a great location. The area is quite large, covered with green vegetation. Everything is well-groomed and beautiful. The staff are generally pleasant, there are Russian-speaking staff.

A good hotel to stay with the kids. The Vietnamese come to it themselves. The food is not bad. Tea and coffee are frank junk. It is better to brew in the room, or to take fresh or wine. The local wine is very average, but it will be for dessert.
In general, the hotel is a solid and honest four with a claim for a five.

Another name is Oriental pearl beach resort & spa. Clean room nice view comport and kind.

Beautiful, groomed territory. Comfortable, not small, standard room. Good assortment for breakfast. Very Helpful staff. Nice pool for kids and adults.

Great to relax here 1 time with friends. Dirt/lemon water in the baths too hot to sit in it for 20 minutes. After the dirt you will find a great pool with a bar and bath aerator. There are baby swimming jackets, but they are a terrible piece of junk, we couldn't.

The hotel grounds are all green. You go and admiring flowers and palms. The only thing in the room for two gave one shower gel, one shampoo and one comb. The staff is friendly. Good breakfast. The hotel is clean.

A very nice facility with friendly staff. Beautifully located in a park with lots of palm trees, flowers and water facilities. The buffet breakfast is distinguished by a large selection of local and international dishes. You can also dine well during the day and in the evening. The rooms and the grounds are clean and cleaned daily everywhere. A large swimming pool with waterfall and Whirlpool invites you to swim and bathe just like the sea directly adjacent to the complex. For the Vietnamese situation this is a top address.

The hotel deserves every star. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is extensive and caters to different tastes. The food in the restaurant is good and the dishes are delicious. In terms of rooms, it can be said that these are very large and spacious. The furniture has sometimes come a little bit, but one must not forget that the lifestyle in the area of MUI NE elevates other demands. The beach and pool area offers plenty of shade through the beautiful palm trees and you can relax on the couches. If you need more relaxation, you can book a variety of massages at the Elise Spa.

Well mainteined place with a nice pool and an own beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are spaceous and clean.

First about the internal service: As soon as we drove up to the hotel, we were immediately greeted by an employee who helps carry luggage, which is generally a theme when you are without strength after a long road. At the reception there are English staff who will help you and explain everything on your toes, if you have bad English. We arrived early in time, so the room had to wait. Next we ate at the hotel restaurant. Money for it by the way changed at the reception. The course is not the most profitable, but also not barbaric, it is possible to change money for the beginning. Next we changed in the shop Bruce Lee near the hotel (with the names in this place all funny). In the restaurant prices are 2-3 times more expensive than in cafes on the street, but it is still cheaper than to eat in a café in Russia:) Then we were checked in, the room was Suprerior ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable. The truth was the echoes of a large number of residents (some of the furniture was a little pokocana). The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room had everything you need (air conditioning, washing facilities, water, kettle, hair dryer, beach towels and even slates). Cleaned every day.

Garden-style layout, privacy is very good.
The coconut trees on the edge of the sea, there are a few rows of beach chairs, want to bask in the sun or not, want to go into the ocean or not, can be very casual, or even directly to the next swimming pool. Prestige Hotel, we are like kings. Amazing breakfast.
The room overlooking the sea and an ideal calm is heard as the sound of the waves. The room must be 50 square meters equipped with a beautiful bathroom overlooking the room. The balcony is just perfect to be able to relax at the end of the day.

The hotel is in a good location. In some places write, that at hotel there is a surfing it is not true. A few Shumnovatye rooms facing the road. Great breakfast, the price tag in Restoranne seemed inflated in value for money. Close to restaurants with the best ratio.

We are already in the house for the second time and are happy to come back here at any time. Service, rooms and overall quality are excellent and the staff are very cordial and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Cleaning daily with change of towels and toilet prenadoezhnostej, including toothbrushes.

Food is not great and drinks are overpriced. The only thing good about this resort is the lounge chairs on the beach and the cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel has a nice courtyard with artificial rocks and ponds with fish. The food for breakfast is varied, fruit, meat, cereal, national Vietnamese dishes and even had some semblance of sushi. Nothing ended throughout the breakfast time, and it runs from 6:30 to 10:00. Beautiful, functional pool with Jacuzzi and children's "dimples". There is even an artificial waterfall, but it worked seldom. The area is full of greenery, and the palm trees are home to local squirrels, which are great lovers of coconuts.
The beach is narrow but tidy there is where to hide in the shade. The sand is grey, the sea is murky with jellyfish, but there jellyfish is everywhere. Sting like Nettle, for seven days of rest 1 time I uzhilila.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. I would not recommend this hotel. Best to take with sea view.
Close by, the market is about 5 mins walk. It will take about 20 minutes to walk to the bokeh.

Well run hotel with friendly staff. We have been coming here for many years with different length of stay.
This year we are a little disappointed. The second pool, advertised in brochures, is demolished and otherwise an artist is just defaced by the natural character of the magnificent beach and pool landscape with colourfully sprayed concrete.
But you can argue about taste.

Arrived at the hotel with a rude staff who does not care to understand and we impose menus for 3 while we have two rooms and I do not have the same diet as my parents, we were assigned a room without pressure and hot water, window door that closes badly, and noise, problem report 2 times, forced to grumble at the third time to be heard, the receptionist called her superior who found as a solution a downgrade but who solved the main problem of water! In addition to every request as a change or stamp impossible to have satisfaction, the reception staff, I imagine doing its utmost but there is serious lack and I wonder if the Russian clientele is not favored in this complex, short beautiful resort but Service to be reviewed at 100%!

Lovely location just far enough from the main road to be fairly quiet, but a quick walk to the city centre. The room is basic but nice and clean. Wifi is a bit slow, par for the course in Vietnam. The staff have basic English skills but enough to get by.

Very friendly and good staff — well done! Hotel grounds, rooms, pool, Breakfast — all good! But there is one very big minus — too many Chinese… Dirty, noisy and rude people!

The location is perfect, a tad isolated but very easy to get to anything, which I found to be perfect as it means it's both quiet and convenient. The staff is super friendly. The pool area is awesome. And the breakfast is very good not great — but that's the case with most hotels. And as I was paying about 50 bucks a night for a room with a large, comfortable bed, a couch, and a balcony, I couldn't ask for a better value. Also the grounds are like a mini rainforest. For me, it was a near 5 star experience at a 3 star price. I'm never effusive in my praise and I never give 5 stars unless I'm blown away but if you can get a room for around 50 bucks a night, it's a steal. So 5 stars it is.
