Clean and good location yet under-deliver as a 4star resort. Facility downgraded very quickly since my last visit a few years ago. Wifi internet is terrible here. Had to use my 4G data. Breakfast is very basic. Not much to eat. Room design also not very good where there is no power socket by the bed. Staff is not very attentive.

About the restaurant. Pumpkin soup was ok, pretty good. But I got food poisoning afterwards. So this is automatically 0 out of 10 points.

The location of Blue Ocean Resort is very convenient and accessible to the general public. The service is good and the rates are very reasonable. Blue Ocean Resort offers value for your money. It is a beach front property with very clean rooms and nice view. The restaurant of Ocean Blue Resort also serves great tasting foods. It has a largw swimming pool where guests can swim and relax.

It has good view and it's really quiet but many mostiquos.

Paradise, beautiful beach with palm trees. So relaxing, great price and food. Rooms were clean and the staff were so helpful. Loved it here. A few day trips were available, we hired a taxi who took us to some huge red sand hills where you coudl sled down on the hot sand. Great fun. Very friendly and beautiful place.

Would have liked to stay still, very nice facility, clean and relatively quiet. Was here in November.

A great place, safe, very nice, friendly staff, good food, good atmosphere, we are received as queens.

Nice and clean facility — we (couple 50 +) were guests at the beginning of March 2018 for 9 days — super friendly staff, full of everything Katharina was always very sympathetic and competent with advice and deed to the place — really pleasant!
The spa area was also extremely comfortable and the massages were very good!
Breakfast excellent — a few little things we ate in the restaurant — tastefully priced, also OK.
On the beach many kite surfers — but it was still no problem to bathe in the sea — the boys and girls always had their equipment under control…
In the evening out on the street — all sorts of delicacies at a low price — it was really delightful.
The shops did it especially to my better half — there were an awful lot of things — thankfully the suitcase was a little elastic…
A very nice holiday with very accommodating and nice people — we had, honestly, not quite as expected!

We went for lunch to Blue Ocean's Restaurant. We order a green mango salad and a seafood bbq plater. While salad was fresh and tasty, seafood wasn't what we were expecting from a seaside and fishermen village. 5 scallops which weren't "that" bad, 5 shrimps with so many water inside and tasting "frozen" (weird…) and the worst, half elastic and non taste squid. We share our impressions to the staff and after a while and no solutions (just "really fresh and really good quality products") we get to talk to the manager. She tastes squid and she tell us" it's actually normal taste of squid in this area, seafood maybe has 1 or 2 days as they don't have a "personal" fisherman or a hatcher"… at the end she tell us what she can do for us… "pay half price of the plater"… we don't want to do an scene and we just want to leave so we say ok. If it has been a "price matter" we'd order a small plater… it was a quality problem and as a result next morning we were sick (first and only time in Vietnam since 3months… eating mostly street food! ). You don't need to hire a fisherman or build a hatchery to offer good fish or seafood, just to know and watch how your products are stored and since when (1 or 2 or 5 days for seafood make a diference! ) It's important to hear and accept critiques from customers and do not take them for fools and just tourists never coming back again.

Nice place, good value for money, decent breakfast, would be nice to have a part of the pool protected from the sun.

Super Resort! Highly recommended!

The pool is superb. Bigger than the bamboo. Depth 0.8 to 1.5, suitable for swimming. Morning to see the sunrise, eat breakfast, morning swimming, noon sleep. Afternoon swimming. Eat Big lobster in the evening. ✌

OK, only mosquitoes in the evenings…

I had a very nice stay here. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The room (216) is well equipped. The bed is cozy the air conditioning is sufficiently sized, so that the room can always be well tempered. The rain shower is great. The only drawback the bathroom is wet everywhere after the shower, as there is no real shower kabi. The room was always very well cleaned and made comfortable for the night. The beach is kept clean. The pool is fantastically beautiful in a palm grove. Wifi goes unexpectedly well everywhere.

Great place to have holiday. Great restaurant's in hotel and nearby. Hotel staff was very helpfull and smily. Reccomend 100%.

Solid 4 stars mid size bungalow type hotel. Its one of the best in Mui Ne area. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, clean beach with Wi-Fi. Security patros the area. Waves and wind are relatively strong in Dec, not for a little childrean. On the other hand, there is a lot of kiting stations on the cost line. Prices are not cheap, but its fair fit to the good management and quality. I would like to visit the hotel again.

We went here on our honeymoon many years ago. The resort has had many upgraded changes but has still kept it's peaceful beauty.

Very nice service. But the breakfast is quite boring. And the room design is not very privated. In the center of Mui Ne, it's easy to walk to shops, restaurants or bars…

Good place for relax after hard working day!

Good place for relex with reasonable price. Swimming pool is quite small and the beach is only for water skiing due to heavy sea during my vacation took place on February, just wondering if it is able to swim in the other time. Most bungalows have the private outdoor bathroom, you may ask while booking if want to stay in a room with this option.
