Never seen a hotel in any currency from how to serve to the whole experience.
Get the fun room, but the room air conditioning was not cold, ask the staff to change the room, then get the attitude of a parent : to sister, for I changed my style!
Switch to the 2nd room still not cool so I had to ask to change add 1 again, the staff are so many reason why is the sun so hot, so in the afternoon when the sun directly is not in are always, or stars?
At complaint through the 3rd room, then get the attitude can not convex and concave over. Because fear is the switch again will be tired, so go through considered trc, the staff attitude: do not allow to change that, which explains that fear is the room still cold, the staff called sister, yet allows 😏, after having received permission from the room t3 k other what room t2, also called customers is if you liked the room as cold as you I come 2 party changes rooms for each other. Hey is me rent or I can go in thanks to that received such attitudes? Also hear a few saying rudeness from staff that is just who hear not I should I won't repeat that here.
Employees after a client has really hot I want to change through time t4, then that room even worse with the refrigerator trembling and staff can request if k is used, it should be removed?!?
