The staff are excellent. They work as a team. DOMINGO is always jovial and ever helpful. The whole hotel is very neat. Will visit them again.
➜ My husband and I stayed in golden water for eight days and our experience was this: we arrived on a Friday and were greeted with a super tasty welcome cocktail, at all times the staff treated us excellently and were super attentive to our needs. The next day the light went on for hours, but I understand that it is not the hotel's fault but the area where they are located, the power plant that day presented faults so we were in the dark much of the night which is uncomfortable if you come covered with sand and want S bathe. There was No hot water, but we were informed since we arrived. Having the beach a few steps away is extraordinary because you can go any time without problem and take the sun on the hotel awnings and order drinks and snacks at the edge of the beach. The pool is super large, clean and with a temperature chord to take a dip after coming from the beach. The food in the restaurant is super tasty and varied. One of the things I should highlight of the hotel is the attention of Mr. Domingo as it certainly offers a personalized attention, is pending on you at all times and is very careful with all the details, without hesitation makes your stay unforgettable. I greatly appreciate the effort and dedication on the part of Mr. Domingo and all those who are part of the team of the golden Water Endowment.

I had the opportunity to stay 7 days and the experience was excellent. The staff is very good, the care, the cleaning, the food is very rich and with many options to choose from, the spaces of the hotel are very comfortable. I want to congratulate you because despite the difficulties that presents our country there are still places excellent as this to spend a good family holiday. My 5 year old son enjoyed very much the swimming pool which is very clean and according to the age, highlighting that it is always on the lookout for a lifeguard to the slope of all… congrats and much success.
