On the 1st of January on the terrace I requested 2 Club Sandwiches They arrived 3 hours later claimed that they had a lot of work in the kitchen, in the pool area sometimes it is difficult for someone to attend to you. I Wanted a double room and they handed me one with a matrimonial bed, there was no way I would change the room. The elevators are very slow. The staff was always polite, the hotel has a good view to the sea, from the rooms you can only see a part of it. Buy tickets for the New Year's party, for the food you had to make 30-minute queues the dessert station was lacking. On The 1st of January when they cleaned the room and took the towels, so I did not have towels in the room.

Beware with charges. I had breakfast on Dec 11 2016 they charged me 10 times, ink was light I didnt realize till saw bank online, paid with debit card so cannot dispute charge in bank. Since then, I have spoken with everyone (restaurant manager, finance department, front desk, managment didnt want to show up) emails, phone, even personally. After talking the case with coleagues and friends, I found out im not alone. It seems to be it is a common practice in this branch.

The rooms are great. Bathroom with a shower-type drizzle, dryer of hair, kit of shaving and kid mouth. The common areas and public bathrooms are in excellent condition. It has a bar with happy hour and restaurant during the day serves the area of the pool hastablas 4 pm, after this hour, it operates as the main restaurant of the hotel. To the date of this publication (4 jan 2017) the availability of a varied menu is limited due to the supply problems in Venezuela. The staff is very well trained to treat with care the guest. Gym, Massage, child care for Children up to 5 years, a Games Area with Table Tennis and Football Table, Massage, Shop, Parking lot (surcharge) and meeting Rooms available for Events.

It is a spectacular hotel, the food rich and the drinks also. It has an excellent view and a great pool! It also has a playground for the children.
