We are just back from three fabulous days at White Grass. Managers Tracy and Peter could not have done more to make us feel welcome and relaxed. We loved our clean, comfortable and cozy Bure with its gorgeous views over the gardens towards the ocean. The food in the restaurant was consistently fresh and tasty. And we thoroughly enjoyed the volcano safari and Tanna highlights tours, which were a piece of cake to book at reception. Tracy’s stock answer to every request is “Easy! ”. Who doesn’t want that from their host? All that and I reckon our door-to-door travel time from home in Vila was less than two hours.
I don’t have enough words to thank White Grass for all they did during our stay. Our suites were spacious, beautiful and very well appointed. The restaurant food was impeccable and the chefs catered to my dietary needs with no fuss. We had a medical emergency during our stay and the staff went above a beyond expectations to help in every way. Their helpfulness literally saved my father in laws life. I have travelled a lot, but Tanna is really something else. A “must” to visit, and you could not choose a better place to stay than White Grass.

Absolutely loved my stay at Whitegrass Resort last weekend! The owners and staff were so accommodating and welcoming. The food was exceptional, with options for local cuisine or more western meals. I also had a cocktail with dinner that was exceptional! I felt safe within the resort, and the beds were very comfortable. I can't wait to come back again and enjoy a longer stay!
