We had an wedding last Saturday and the management was so accommodating. Staff were friendly and everything just flowed so well. I would recommend this place for weddings and other events.

Each of us chose something different and all 4 meals were excellent.
Great value, generous serves, quality meals and all in a clean, breezy restaurant.

Good location right in town, awesome view of the harbour. Place is convenient as there are restaurant bars next door. The sea is kind of dirty to go swimming in. The service here deserves like a 5 star but the Wi-Fi is pretty much non existent. Rooms have got fans and air con. Food is okay and the restaurant closes at 9pm.

You get what they promise. The cheapest stay with straight at the sea. We enjoyed the stay here. It was a clean spacious room with a proper A/C. The pool is nice and the sea view is awesome. The only thing, the food is not good here. Anyway, Port Vila offers plenty of restaurant options. We can recommend it!

Budget but quite good and close to the airport.

Clean hotel and staff are friendly. However the car we booked from the airport never appeared and the breakfast is priced in a very strange way. I ordered a cooked item but was still forced to pay for a continental breakfast for no reason. Also a 5% surcharge for card payments.

Great little spot just a few minutes walk away from the city centre. Small rooms and somewhat aged bathrooms are balanced by exceptional staff, great food and well priced drinks. Oceanfront rooms have wonderful views. You can go for a swim, a bit of kayaking or snorkeling right from the deck (the pool is nice but why would you swim there when the crystal clear shallow bay is right at your door? ) Close to some great restaurants.

The best special in the whole of Port Villa, if not the whole of Vanuatu — 1, 300 for a meal and drink — what a deal! Huge serving size, fresh and tasty! Absolutely awesome service and the only thing that rivals it is the extraordinary view across the beautiful sea I front of you.

Heading back to the Moorings in 9 more sleeps! This will be my 4th stay. There is no where else in Port Vila I would rather stay. It feels like heading home to see family! Could not possibly recommend this place any higher! You cannot beat it for price and quality.

My wife Angie and I had a great two weeks at Moorings. The scenery was wonderful, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Always served promptly with a smile. The service was friendly and warm. Moorings is a leisurely walk to Port Villa along the beautiful beach front where you see all the gorgeous kids swimming in the crystal clear Vanuatu waters.
In particular, I would like to thank Jonathan, the man and his staff for such a relaxing and welcoming stay at Moorings Hot…el Port Villa. Highly recommended. Thank you all, until next time, Allan.

Super friendly. Not too far from town. My wife and I loved.

We didn’t stay here but came for dinner one night and it was so amazing! We had been craving pasta for a few days and couldn’t find anywhere that had any, but found lasagne & qnocci here and it was delicious! Also the lagoon cocktail, so yummy and the dessert was great too!

Comfortable with a certain charm. The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble.

Food and staff are alright, but I had better service pretty much everywhere else. The lap lap is just chicken if you are after that.

We stayed here on our honeymoon, many years ago. Good location, walking distance to most places you would want to go.

Awesome venue awesome management and staff very clean and comfortable my preference when staying in vanuatu have stayed at other resorts in vanuatu but this place has it all for the price

It's OK, I guess. Not inherently terrible, but you're paying over the odds to save 2 minutes of walking to the bay and it's at best meh in facilities. I'd not stay here without a big discount, as when I was asking they wanted 250 USD a night. Oh, and the nightclub is unbelievably terrible.
