Hotel with friendly staff, vending machihe available with soft drinks. Personell is helping items required. Nearby allocated restaurants. Place is silent with nice inner garden, unfortunately fountains were not working but nevertheless in evening you can sit outside and enjoy warm weather.

Hotel was big and spacious. But room was not so good maintained. Maybe it's the Uzbekistan level of standard.

That's all right. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are double large, cleaned every day. Everything is clean. But the breakfast is not very, a little choice, coffee soluble-not tasty, probably the cheapest. Radom is a grocery market and a supermarket, it is convenient.

If you have not come with an Uzbek passport more and more expensive twice. Also, they see the lohs in the visitors) breakfast is a waste of production, coffee from the Pomas, in the rooms the balconies * for our safety * are tightly closed.

Good: clean, cleaning daily, courteous staff, in the hotel do not smoke, in the room regularly recorded enough water. Nice view from the window to the park.
Neutral: From hygienic accessories only soap and shampoo, slippers and bathrobe are not offered. Few clothes hangers.
Bad: The breakfast is monotonous, each day the same dishes. The first time I tried scrambled eggs at the same time and cold, true curd and kefir is very fresh, but coffee-very low grade soluble (and well soluble).
The balcony is locked and does not open.

Good big hotel this. Excellent for families. Rooms are decent though a bit dated. The entrance and lobby etc are quite good. Overall the staff are excellent too. Good storage facility for after check out if needed. The location is a bit out of the main centre of Tashkent but still good, easy to get to most places by taxi which you wave down as any car is a taxi. Also official taxis can be called and aren't that expensive. The metro is very close too and is very good.

Just settled. I like it here. Very friendly staff, clean two-bed room with all facilities I desire. By the way, this is the second time I've been here.

Hotel staff is very bad not have experience and they do not respect guest! Alot of rule you can not find this kind of rule in this planet. Do not recommend!

Extremely rude and unprofessional reception desk staff. Those unshaven guys do not stand from their seats and keep on watching something on the PC when you come up to the reception desk. When one of them was checking my passport I had a feeling that I am being interrogated. Smelly blankets, broken lamps, old TV and roaring AC + noisy toilet ventilation system provided a room with a personality. Seriously, I was considering sleeping at the nearby park bench.

Yes, maybe the hotel is good, but already at the entrance I did not want to bring anyone there.

Solid beds. The air conditioning works like a tractor loudly.

No room service even at the suite rooms. Very rude reception. No restaurant for lunch or dinner.
