Excellent new hotel, wonderful staff, spacious rooms, royal breakfasts. The bed is 2 m wide. We fit a one-year-old child in it. 15 minutes walk to the nearest Gur-Emir. And there are others close.
We stayed two nights at this hotel and had very pleasant experience. Clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Horrible customer experience overall.
1. They forgot about a 12-people reservation and sent us to a different hotel. 12 people.
2. When they finally gave us a room for the second night, one of the beds was a wooden slab with a 1cm thick mattress. Like sleeping on the floor.
3. When asked for a vegan breakfast they gave me all non-vegan meals that I had to throw away. I would have appreciated if I were given no breakfast at all instead of wasting food.
