The Casino has a Peso area and a Dollar area, the Casino is totally non smoking and the people there could speak Spanish, Portuguese and English. The hotel was really super nice but the people who work there made it a awesome experience for me.

It is very pleasant to stay in Enjoy Punta del Este, excellent care from counseling and provides all of the services.

I had a very bad experience after the check out. The hotel takes a pre authorization of a “convenience fee” in my credit card just to make sure the guest will not leave without paying snacks or drinks (which is normal, I know) but after 2 months I’m still trying to get the refund. The only answer I get is “we sent the message to the credit card holder” which is Argentina. What a shame for a 5 star hotel.

I stayed here with my family almost one year ago (october). It was one of the best views of Uruguay's beaches. The food was excellent, and the service was great too. Since I had 3 boys I would have appreciated extended hours for the playroom/nursery, but I do understand that during that time of the year there weren't many families around, but what a wonderful time for enjoying Punta del Este. Of course, we didn't get to swim neither in the outside pool, nor on the beach.

Best best best. Worth paying 300 bugs and I was ready to pay even 1000 bugs for that pub and casino in hotel.

This hotel has one of the best locations in the Peninsula. It's a few blocks from the beginning of the main commercial street, the beach sidewalk that starting from there goes the whole area around, and about ten blocks from the harbor. It is open the whole year, with interesting promotions for special weekends. It has many restaurants and bars. A small shopping and several meeting rooms. Common areas are very spacious like most five star international hotels. It opened recently a night bar with an extension in the beach, crossing the street. The sushi restaurant is only accessed through the Casino. Best option is Las Brisas restaurant, with Seaview, Uruguayan barbecue, free menu and a la carte.

We went to breakfast and the truth, we were very pleased. Excellent care and very good quality in all products. Right price and all highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. On weekends a lot of people go and breakfast is chaos. I went with the baby and had to wait quite a bit. You should leave breakfast in the room (no cost) when you fill the dining room. They charge if you want to have breakfast in the room (the whole menu). The view is very attractive from the floors and the room. Very nice room. There's entertainment for kids and babies and babysitting.

Good breakfast. Bad experience: We got room in hotel area in renovations. A jackhammer put everything to tremble. We were with a month-old baby. We called the front desk, they left to give us a solution and… Nothing. Just before the second claim, she took a girl and moved us to a room. Hours of stress instead of relaxing. The rest of the staff, okay. Especially the cleanliness of the rooms is very good.

The best hotel I've ever been to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant Las Brisas is beautiful, the meals, the attention, the view, is adequate the value for money. The gym is spacious, complete and hygienic. The rooms are wider than in most hotels and the bathrooms are the same. The view is unpayable. The outdoor pool and bar over there is very good. The only criticism I would have to make is that the indoor pool is a little girly for the ability that the hotel has.

I've been busy with shows of the season. The resort looks renovated. As for the spectacles: they should think of incorporating seats according to plays. Two times rested a week after traveling in this great but slightly tired and Potaskannom hotel-casino in Punta del Este. If you do not play in the casino and do not like noisy parties in the evenings, then you definitely not here. We had a great big room with a terrace and lovely sunsets on the ocean, nice new shower (no bathroom), slow service and relaxed concierge. The worst is the very weak internet. If it hadn't been paid, rode would have been immediately. There is almost no service on the beach, just take the towels from the room and go for a swim. The hotel is not for a family relaxed holiday. But a good night club of PSBs with parties the Face Of Ibiza and progressive house and trance music. Not recommended for a relaxing stay.

I ordered a dish for the modest sum of $ 29 whose description read : “ medallions of tenderloin with a mushroom sauce with potatoes rustic “. However, I received a plate of fries mc Cain revolts in a lousy presentation and in the middle a burned flesh and clearly reheated. I am living here right now for the first day and it is a disaster. The service guy in the restaurant was dropping 2 cappuccinos over my Gucci trousers. Later I was ordering a Pizza Delivery and the reception said that he may not go to the room. So I had to walk down to pay him and with the pizza back to my room. For 500$ a night other hotels do everything what you want for you. This stay was my first and defently my last in Conrad Hotel. If you want quality chose another one! This hotel is a joke.

Terrible. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton. I simply ordered a Chicken Caesars Salad. The chicken was so dry I had to drink water with each bite just to swallow it. I asked for cracked pepper she just pointed to the table. I had to get up and take the pepper mill from the buffet counter. The table wouldn't stop moving and all this would have been brought to the waitresses attention but I think she is in the "Witness Protection Program" because I couldn't find her. Great service and amenities. Great location (playa mansa) and very affordable for the brand in the winter when Punta del Este basically becomes a ghost town. They could improve the condition of their rooms such as carpets and wallpaper. A remodeling would make this place better. Breakfast was very good but dinner is extremely overpriced. Mostly everything can be purchased in dollars.

A space with all the comforts, luxury, quality, excellent service from all staff, fun, spectacular view to the sea from the rooms. The Center's conferences very comfortable and the service of parties (menu and attention) of first. The breakfast without words, a 100 I is chico, absolutely of all, rich and of good quality! The Conrad hotel casino, even after almost twenty years, still is an controversial point in Punta del Este, Uruguay. Loved and hated, the fact that it is responsible for good part of the movement of the city. But everything has its price. In my opinion, Punta lost some of its charm when an European style hotel casino San Rafael was closed. I'm here it is only to register, nor against nor in favour.

The casino is very nice, very clean. The staff serves quick, and the machines are very new. There is no smoking, which makes the atmosphere very comfortable.
